It is not a hotel. It’s like a home. It’s truly makes you feel cozy and warm in the beach is right in front of you.
Pros:

It is really peaceful and serene and the owner of the hotel. The lady was so kind always cooking and offering and it’s not like a hotel. It’s like a home. Alice was always making sure everything was running smoothly on track and I stayed literally the entire day the next day of my flight and they didn’t request any payment from me at all, which was very kind of them.

There wasn’t nothing I didn’t like

If you meet the owner, try her excellent pineapple cake.

Pros:

Very good location. The house is right by the beach. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and simple. Our host Alice is a wonderful person and we had some nice coffee chats with her.

Struttura stupenda, camera con balcone vista spettacolare. Tramite un piccolo cancello si accede direttamente dalla piscina al mare. Staff gentile e presente

All in all, the villa caters to the tastes of travelers who look for more authentic experience.
Pros:

The villa, my room and the service - or better to say, hospitality - were all exceptional. The feel of a vintage house was unique.The location is all you could dream of.
With all these good things in mind I'd suggest a little more variety at breakfast, adding, for example, muesli.

Cons:

A really picky eye would note some traces of "tiredness" in the floors and furniture, but in my view, even this just adds character to the villa.

Emplacement exceptionnel, accueil à la hauteur. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
Pros:

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, directement sur la plage de Beauvallon. Un établissement à taille humaine, seulement 7 chambres. Les petits déjeuners délicieux et le personnel très à l’écoute.

Beautiful house in a lovely location, boutique hotel vibes on the beach!
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful, right on the beach with an amazing pool and views. It has a bouique hotel feeling, rather than being at a resort with many people around. Rooms were spacious and the views from the balcony were really lovely. Breakfast was nice out on the veranda. During my stay the hotel was quiet as it was the low season, so in many ways it made it feel like I had it to myself. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Coffee machine in the room was lovely to be able to make my own morning espresso. I would be happy to come back.

Cons:

Unfortunately, their payment platform wasn't working so I was unable to use my credit card and I didn't have enough cash so had to go to an ATM, which wasn't a huge issue, though my stay was only 1 night. I hope they get the system resolved soon so that other guests who may have longer stays don't face this issue.
