Le personnel ne parle pas l anglais, l hotel est réservé seulement a une clientèle arabe, le petut dej horrible, l acces au serrure electrique ne marche jamais, la clientèle sur les terrasses avec un comportement un peu bizarre, je ne reviendrais jamais…

Un vrai hôtel de luxe dans les plus petits détails, des luxueux et propres avec tout les équipements qu'on peut imaginer, un spa magnifique compris dans le prix, la piscine extérieur aussi, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec des produits de qualité et le personnel très a l'écoute. Merci tout le monde
L'emplacement un petit peu loin et les connexions difficiles, donc il faut compter sur Uber pour chaque déplacement, avec les prix actuels à Istanbul....si on pense à des navettes ça rendra l'hôtel encore plus attractif

Slarviga städare glömde fylla på Shampo café handdukar osv , glömde städ produkter telefonen funkade inte kopplades ur men personalen var trevlig ett stort minus var att man bara fick varsin 50cl vatten om dagen
