Lovely staff, beautiful location

Cons:

Very uncomfortable bed, hard. No Aircon or fan in the room. A dog belonging to the hotel, almost constantly barking during the whole of dinner, and walking between the tables, on the outside patio, lovely dog, but really 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ ruined the evening for us 😟🙁

Servicio excelente, habitaciones 10. Falta de tacto a los empleados por parte de una encargada
Pros:

El personal muy atento y resolutivo. Hubo un problema con la habitación y no dudaron en cambiar a otra, además como no había exactamente la que habíamos reservado, nos alojaron en una más grande.

Cons:

La falta de tacto de una encargada con uno de los trabajadores, que además el chico se portó excelentemente bien con nosotros, muy trabajador, mientras esta señora le trataba a grito pelado en medio de la piscina demostrando su falta de profesionalidad.

Ubicación excelente para todo el que quiera subir a Sierra Nevada. Lugar tranquilo y fresco (se encuentra a más de 1500 metros de altura. Muy buena cocina. Piscina exterior. Fácil acceso y con suficientes plazas de parking.

Cons:

El desayuno está bien, pero no hay personal en esas horas. Si algo no va, como fue nuestro caso (lá máquina dispensadora de zumos, agua,..no funcionaba), nadie puede solucionarte el problema. La cafetería permanece cerrada a primeras horas de la mañana.

Un sitio muy agradable
Pros:

Un hotel con mucho carácter, perfecto para verano tanto como invierno. El restaurante tiene muy buena relación calidad/precio y el camerero Momo es encantador. Todo muy bien.
