Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit schönem Poolbereich, Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Frühstück war gut, sehr große Auswahl, allerdings war das Brot nicht so gut, das Rührei war lieblos zubereitet und schmeckte nicht sehr gut und es gab leider keine Ananas. Der Pool und die Pool Bar waren superschön !

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dunkel, obwohl wir extra ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht hatten, hatte es kaum Tageslicht und wir schauten aus die nächste Häuserwand -
Das war sehr ungemütlich! Das Waschbecken war im Zimmer, die Toilette sehr eng. Das ist sicher kein 5-Sterne Standard, wie vom Hotel angegeben.
Beim Check-out war das Reinigungspersonal sehr unfreundlich.

Einzigartiges Hotel mit Charme inmitten der anderen riesigen Hotelkästen. Tolle Lage. Jeder ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, Service perfekt. Frühstück sensationell, Pool und Poolbar ein Ort der Entspannung.

Sehr schönes und einzigartiges Hotel in HCM City
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöner roof-top Pool und Bar. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Schöne und individuelle Zimmer.

Cons:

Fehler können passieren. Man hat dies aber professionell gelöst. Kommen gern wieder!

One of the best stays in vietnam
Pros:

The staff can't do enough to help. This was my first trip to Vietnam, and I was especially surprised at how well I was looked after and their attention to detail. The rooms have an old school feel that's soooo modern. English was spoken fluently too.
