Important information:

Our Rooftop heated swimming pool is open and available for hotel guest from 8am until 6 pm.

Eforea Spa & Health club is open every day for massages and treatments prior to reservation. Spa area, including sauna and indoor pool has a supplement of €39 per person per 1,5 hours.

Also, kids can access the wellness center until 12 pm (free entry up to 14 years old only). Opening hours: every day 9 am – 9 pm. The gym is free of charge and it is open 24/7.

Pets up to 20 kilograms (medium size) are welcome to the hotel. Pets are not permitted in the fitness center, pool area, food & beverage outlets. Contact us for more info.

Guests are required to show a valid identity document and a credit card upon check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

This hotel is absolutely beautiful a sophisticated calm elegant space to come back to after your travels. All members of staff are exceptional from porters to check in both breakfast and terezza and the rooms are immaculately clean, large and well equipped. Beds are comfy bathrooms are beautiful black out curtains air con. Pool and terrace are stunning pictures don’t even do it justice. Thank you for the most amazing stay!!

Klimatyczny hotel z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro.
Pros:

Świetnie położony hotel. Szczególnie widok z basenu i hotelowej restauracji robi wrażenie. Bardzo blisko do centrum Como, do którego można dojść malowniczą promenadą. Pokoje przestronne, w łazience zarówno prysznic jak i wanna. Niesamowicie klimatyczne lobby. Wyborne śniadania. Wspaniała obsługa. Wygodny parking podziemny.

Cons:

Pokoje urządzone dosyć skromnie, bez wyraźnego charakteru. W pokoju mieliśmy problem z zasięgiem telefonu.

Apéro mit Canapés gut. Essen schlecht. Wir hatten Teigwaren Carbonata bestellt. Kam kalt.
Für den 1 1/2 Stündigen Aufenthalt im Spa wird man zusätzlich mit 39 € belastet. Parking mit 29 €. pro Tag.
Ist unverschämt.
Beim Hoteleingang (Aussenbereich) werden die Aschenbecher/Tische nicht gereinigt.
