Important information:

Our Rooftop heated swimming pool is open and available for hotel guest from 8am until 6 pm.

Eforea Spa & Health club is open every day for massages and treatments prior to reservation. Spa area, including sauna and indoor pool has a supplement of €39 per person per 1,5 hours.

Also, kids can access the wellness center until 12 pm (free entry up to 14 years old only). Opening hours: every day 9 am – 9 pm. The gym is free of charge and it is open 24/7.

Pets up to 20 kilograms (medium size) are welcome to the hotel. Pets are not permitted in the fitness center, pool area, food & beverage outlets. Contact us for more info.

I Keep Coming Back—and Somehow It Gets Better Every Year

I've been staying at Hilton Lake Como for years, and every visit reminds me why I keep returning. Even though I tell myself I should explore other parts of Italy, I always find myself back at Lake Como—and this hotel is a big reason why.

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every employee I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable. I especially want to recognize Francesca at the front desk, Francesca at Terrazza 241, and **Kirols, who took care of us during breakfast and with in-room dining.

Kirols stood out for his exceptional hospitality. He always greeted us with a smile, asked about our stay, and took a genuine interest in making sure we were enjoying Lake Como. He also shared excellent recommendations on places to visit, which made our trip even more memorable. His positive attitude and sincere kindness are exactly what great hospitality should look like.

Both Francescas were equally outstanding. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. All three are exceptional ambassadors for the Hilton brand.

We made the most of everything the hotel has to offer. We enjoyed dinner every evening at **Terrazza 241**, grabbed pizza from the street food venue, relaxed with drinks at the lobby bar, took advantage of the Hilton Honors Diamond benefit with the discounted spa access, and spent hours unwinding in the rooftop pool and jacuzzi while enjoying one of the most beautiful views in Italy.

Hilton Lake Como continues to exceed my expectations year after year. The beautiful facilities are certainly part of the experience, but it's the people who make this hotel truly special. I already know I'll be back.

Good option for Lake Como
Pros:

Hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. We went as part of a tour and the hotel handles large groups well. Nice that it’s in a quiet location outside of the main part of Como. Downside is that you need an Uber or a long walk (about 30 minutes) to get to the city center.
Bathroom was lovely and large. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and good food.
As a Hilton, it lacks the charm and atmosphere of a small local hotel but a good option for a visit to Lake Como

Great Location and Hotel

**Excellent Service, Very Clean Rooms, and a Great Location in Como**

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Lake Como. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the concierge staff was extremely helpful during our stay.

Breakfast was excellent, with a very good selection and attentive service. We also appreciated the overall upkeep of the hotel. Although we did not use the pool, the rooftop terrace pool looked very popular, well maintained, and the service there appeared to be excellent as well.

The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It is about a 10–15 minute walk along the lakeside path into the heart of Como, which made it very convenient. It is also a great base for exploring this part of Lake Como. Villa d’Este is only about a 15–20 minute drive away, and Villa del Balbianello is another roughly 25 minutes north of Villa d’Este. If you are planning activities along this part of the lake, the Hilton Lake Como is very well positioned.

We did have one issue with the air conditioning in our room, which was not working properly. The hotel offered to move us to another, adjacent room, but since we were only staying for two nights, we decided not to make the move. We appreciated that the staff offered a solution.

We also ate at the terrace restaurant, Terrazzo. The food was good, though not great, and it was a bit on the expensive side. That said, the setting was very nice.

Overall, this was a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well located, and the service was consistently excellent. We noticed a number of American tourists staying here as well, and it seems like a good choice for travelers who want to be based in Como while exploring the Lake Como region. We would definitely stay here again.
