가성비 숙박이 필요하다면 이곳으로
Pros:

직원분이 친절하고 저녁에 간식도 잘 챙겨주셨어요. 사정상 아침은 못먹었지만 친절하게 메뉴도 물어봐주셔서 좋았아요.

Cons:

딱히 아쉬운 점은 없음. 하지만 개인 열쇠가 없어 주인분이 열어주시는걸 알고 오셔야 될꺼 같습니다.

Martin is a legend
Pros:

Martin(the host) is the best. Everything was clean and ready for me when I got there. Very respectful and professional. Will be staying there again. Location is great and safe area.

Pros:

Idéalement placé, cette maison vous offre le confort attendu. Le service était plus que parfait, l’hôte prend en compte vos besoins, est à l’écoute et vous conseille pour des visites. Le petit déjeuner et préparé avec soins et amour je recommande les yeux fermés, merci encore !!

Bardzo dobry nocleg niedaleko lotniska 😀
Pros:

Bardzo miły i uczynny właściciel. Pokazał, gdzie można zjeść smaczne i tanie śniadania. Jak się ma więcej czasu to polecam przejazd uberem lub taksówką do La Punty, bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, duży pokój. Ciepła woda w łazience. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Bezpieczna dzielnica.Polecam, jak się ma lot rano z lotniska w Limie.

Cons:

Wszystko było w porządku. Tylko trochę głośno od startujących z lotniska samolotów.

Great place to stay close to the airport
Pros:

The location was wonderful, in a quiet residential neighborhood with a short walk over to the zoo and botanical gardens. Martin, the owner also got up early and made me a delicious breakfast.

Pros:

Safe location, pretty close to the airport. Marvin was super helpful with everything, and spoke english which was nice for us. Nice park over the road, lots of doggies and people walking past. Breakfast was nice too.

Cons:

Keys were a bit tricky, but we sorted it out in the end.

very welcoming host
Pros:

Martin was a very friendly and helpful host. He made an excellent breakfast, one of the best we had during our journey. He also welcomed us with tea and muffins. Thanks also for the great advices for restaurants in the area.

Cons:

The noise of the airport was stronger than expected. The bed was very soft.

Queda relativamente cerca del aeropuerto así que va perfecto si tienes un día entre un vuelo y otro. La zona es segura y el anfitrión, Martín, es muy agradable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas. Además el desayuno fue completo y muy rico.

Cons:

Al estar cerca del aeropuerto, se oyen los aviones para pero a nosotros no nos importó.

IMPRESIONANTE, 100% RECOMENDABLE
Pros:

Impresionante la gentilidad con la que nos ha tratado Martin, no tengo palabras para valorar la estancia tan buena y bonita que hemos tenido. Martin es una persona súper amable, atenta donde las haya y servidor, es muy buena persona y está en todo, en ningún momento nos falto de nada, lo teníamos todo y si faltaba algo q no fue el caso Martin estaba súper atento. Estuvo muy atento también a nuestras horas de llegada a la casa para abrirnos la puerta en todo momento y q no estuviéramos esperando, espero que Martin siga recibiendo muchas visitas de otros huéspedes y que mi valoración también haga para que él siga pudiendo hospedar a otra gente y que tenga la misma experiencia tan bonita que nosotros tuvimos, los comentarios anteriores se quedan cortos para lo que realmente es, el barrio también está muy bien y a tan solo unos 20min andando está la playa, sus desayunos son muy top y muy completos, os recomendaría coger el hospedaje con desayuno incluido e incluso fue tan amable que teníamos una excursión a las 3 d la mañana y se levantó para dejarnos un sándwich hecho, o sea de verdad no hay palabras para agradecer esta super experiencia y lo cómodos que nos hizo sentir, de todo corazón, Martin gracias de nuevo! Un saludo!

Felt like I was at home and learnt a lot about Lima and Peru. I look forward to visiting Lima again.
Pros:

The host was very helpful, always ready to give advice on travel, food, etc. He made breakfast before 5:00 AM so I could take the flight. He also walked with me to a local market, where I could taste peruvian dishes and the best fruit you can buy from the local vendors. Thanks Martin for a wonderful and pleasant stay in Lima.

Accommodation on the way to airport
Pros:

I booked this accommodation based on the ratings over 9. To be honest that is overrated. Martin is friendly and chatty but the accommodation (upstairs of his private house) is basic with limited facilities, no wifi was offered, no TV (not so important). Pillows and duvet could be better. Room was ok. There is nothing in the area. We found restaurants about 10-15 min walk away.

Cons:

Shower screen in the bathroom was dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Pros:

到着時のお茶とスイーツ、朝4時出発に合わせて作りたてのサンドイッチを持たせてくれました。2回に分けて宿泊しましたが、おもてなしが素晴らしかったです。2回目の朝食も美味しく、我が家にいる感じでした。

Cons:

シャワーの温度が低い設定なので、熱いシャワーが浴びたい方はオーナーに頼むとスイッチを切り替えてくれます。

Great stay, great value.
Pros:

The neighborhood was pretty safe and calm. The host was friendly, and the overall quality compared to its price. Near to the parque de las leyendas.

Cons:

Weak water when taking shower.
