Property is well maintained food is excellent and staff is hard working.
The only complaint we had was the water pressure is excessive and it is causing an apparent water hammer issue that was very disruptive to sleeping. Constant knocking of water piping in walls when other units were taking showers. In addition there was a wedding party which was incredibly obnoxious and I think the hotel should make a point to address this with the party to ensure it does not impact other guests.
Hotel had several ammenities, including a fitness center which was great (but could use some fans in there for those using the equipmentO.
it should include breakfast for the price you are paying - food prices extremely high.

The hotel was noisy because of barking dogs and people talking in the hallways.

I am staying here for a wedding. As a bridesmaid, I booked a nonrefundable room. However, the bride came to me week leading up to the wedding ask if I would stay with her the first night. Of course I said yes thinking the Hilton would help me out with a full or partial refund as this was a request of the bride. Nope, didn’t even try just said sorry our system doesn’t have a way to override a nonrefundable booking, which seems very improbable. Just really disappointed in this service.
Convenient to our family in Searingtown, we enjoyed the open airy lobby and the restaurant was efficient and delicious.

The hotel has a bar area where I was able to purchase dinner. The food was good. There was a breakfast buffet for an additional cost which had lots of options. The breakfast was quite good. The people at the front desk were friendly and were happy to answer my questions. The hotel rooms were spacious and parking was convenient.
The hotel was in an isolated area away from restaurants and shops.

Overall excellent stay, had an issue with the Shower door smashed unexpectedly in the night however the hotel were accomodating and apologetic. Food for breakfast great.
Bar opening a bit earlier. Nothing much to do around the area without public transport or car. Would have been good to sit at the bar rather then buy at reception and sit.

Fan did not work in bathroom. Reported it, but the fan was never repaired. My shower triggered the smoke alarm.
Nice property. Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and nice to have coffee in the lobby every morning. The staff are all very nice and helpful. We have stayed here while visiting our daughter twice now.
It doesn’t have much around it. No restaurants or convenience stores in walking distance
