The option of using Kayaks will be available in the all-inclusive plan. There are two ways to book this activity:

1. Kayak tour. This option is available Monday through Saturday at 10 am. You must reserve your place with our activities team to be part of this tour 24 hours in advance.
2. Use of kayaks. Will be available for 30 minute shifts after this tour until 3 pm.

Restrictions: This activity may be canceled if sea weather conditions are unsafe. We request that everyone knows how to swim for safety reasons. Seats are subject to availability.

La habitación tenía lo necesario

Cons:

Las fotos son mentira, parece que son de cuando abrieron el hotel. La piscina está descuidada, las sombrillas todas rotas, parece un hotel en decadencia, las áreas de esparcimiento muy pequeñas para la gente que reciben. Me sentí estafado y timado por las fotos que se veían muy bien

Pros:

Que la ubicación es buena y la vista al mar

Cons:

La habitación olia mucho a humedad, el elebador es demasiado pequeño y no se daba abasto, las habitaciones no tienen iluminación solo una lampara que no es suficiente.
y el personal de la recepción tres mujeres dan un trato desagradeble.

Horarios peor que en la escuela: malo.

Juegos en las albercas.

Cons:

Horarios inflexibles para las comidas. Una sola reservación especial por dia. Y si no llegas a tiempo no te dejan entrar. Se supone que uno va a relajarse y a estar fuera de horarios y el tiempo. Mal servicio. La comida muy rutinaria.

Mal olor en alberca , chica . Elevador y pasillo sucio por mucho tiempo . No salvavidas en alberca . Inconvenientes para el estacionamiento del auto, quedó encerrado . Pero sí regresaríamos.

todo esta bien, sin embargo enrente hay varios bares y n la habitacion que nos toco se escuchaba la musica y lbanda a todo lo que daba y no pudimos dormir bien.

La recepción no fue buena, mal trato de parte del personal, y estaba jugando cartas con mis hijos, y a las 11 PM paso alguien del staff y apago la luz sin advertirnos si quiera, con semejante grosería esta claro que no regreso.
