The essentials were missing from the room, and we had to request them ourselves. We also were not informed about the available services or what we could ask for during our stay. Unfortunately, the massage chairs were under maintenance, which was disappointing. In addition, the pillows were covered with plastic, making them uncomfortable to sleep on.

Publicidad engañosa, no aclaran que los espacios para 3 y 4 personas no significa que sean dos habitaciones, sino que simplemente colocan más camas en la sala. Sus fotografías insinuan que son dos recamaras cuándo no lo es. De hecho, al realizar el check in, ellos mismos dijeron: "siempre se confunden". No nos confundimos, ustedes engañan. Tampoco hay un comedor para tomar el desayuno, lo llevan al apartamento frío. Cómo puedes tomarte un café frío y un huevo frío. Pésimo.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself is pleasant and in a good location.
The breakfast experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The portions were very small for two people. Coffee was often only enough for one person, the eggs and toast were regularly served cold, and ham and cheese were forgotten several mornings in a row unless we specifically asked for them. Even when provided, the portions were minimal considering breakfast was for two guests. Better go and eat elsewhere.
We also found the hotel inflexible regarding accommodation changes. We had booked five nights but decided to leave earlier. When we considered taking a two-day tour with an overnight stay in Ica offered by the hotel, the hotel was not willing to offer any adjustment, credit, or extension for the unused night we had already paid for. While we understand policies may apply, a more flexible or customer-oriented approach would have been appreciated.

Breakfast: nothing extraordinary. One day, staff forgot to bring it to our room.
Location: Excellent location.
Room: It could cleaner. Staff always turned off the air conditioning, so when we returned to our room it was hot. The sofa was always open as a bed, even though we asked to be folded.
We had to repeat everyday the same complain. Please leave the Air Conditioning on and please be on time with breakfast.
