Pros:

Pros:

The location is excellent, short walk to the beach, around the corner from Garlic Lane, restaurants in every direction . Staff are amazing, I got sick and needed a doctor and they were so helpful and kind.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the food is fabulous.

Special hide away
Pros:

The location was excellent, near the beach, shops, and food. The staff were amazing. Breakfast choices and size good. Afternoon tea, and treats were all included in our stay. The room was large, with 2 toilets and all toiletries included. It had a balcony with a view of the fountain/waterfall. The pool was warm and on the top floor. The elevator went up 5 floors. The bed was huge and comfy. We hired a bike and had undercover parking.

Cons:

No soy had to supply. Was happy they make great coffee

My new favourite - already booked again
Pros:

We’ve now stayed here 3 times, each time in an Executive Suite overlooking the courtyard. Bali is a layover for us hence the short stays. My favourite room is 201. It’s slightly different to the rooms on the other side of the courtyard as it has a balcony that runs across the length of the lounge with another door leading to the bedroom. This means you have one bigger balcony (rather than a lounge balcony and a bedroom balcony) and a bigger bedroom, however the bathroom is slightly smaller (still large though).

Tip: We use Nikki Spa & Laundry to do the washing. She will arrange to pick up and drop laundry to reception at a really good price. So convenient.

The rooms are always immaculate and there’s a lovely welcome card with fruit on the table.
The staff are wonderful and always remember you as you enter and leave the hotel!
Love the location!
The beds are the most comfiest!

Excellqant motel , good location would definatly stay again.
Pros:

Pool on the roof was amazing for sunset..
Was nice to have a kitchenette & lounge area

Cons:

Breakfast was not the best - could have had an egg station as we thought it was a buffet and in fact was a part buffet and you could only order 1 thing from a menu for the rest.

Helpful professional staff in clean roomy apartment, great value for money and location.
Pros:

Fabulous place to stay.
Location is perfect for shopping, food and getting clothes or leather goods made. Close to the beach for sunsets and good walking to Kuta. Rooms are quite large with lounge area as well as separate bed and
bathroom. Staff are very professional, helpful and kind. We will be coming back to stay again. Was great value for money.

Pros:

Always a nice, clean place to stay. Great rooms and the staff were excellent.

Cons:

This was always my favourite place to stay in Legian unfortunately they're now building a large new hotel/building right in front of the Rama Residence which really spoils the pool experience. Such a shame as it's not the hotel's fault.
