Good for a short stay.
Pros:

Convenient becouse it’s easy to arrive at.

Cons:

Staff at the restaurant absolutely unprofessional. We had to ask 3 times , almost beg them to bring us a bottle of red wine, at the end of the dinner he came and said that he forgot to tell us that he doesn’t have that bottle. I repet, 3 times, twice our waiter and 1 time another one .

Fint hotell vid floden
Pros:

Trevligt hotell och prisvärt. Helt ok frukost. Faktiskt rätt skönt att bo en bit utanför Skopje centrum. Promenaden tar bara 15 min in till stan. Spaet var bra och med en duktig Thai-massör. Stora rum och sköna sängar. Bra restaurang på hotellet och man får många olika rabatter som boende.

Cons:

Behöver fräschas upp. Det är lite slitet på rätt många ställen. Jag skulle bo där igen men det är så pass slitet att det drar ned från 5 stjärnor till 4 och skulle inte ge högre än 8.0 som booking betyg. Priset väger upp men det är Makedonien, allt är billigt.

Sen måste jag ge en liten kommentar om Spaet. De måste göra något åt betonggolven. Jag halkade så jag höll på att slå mig riktigt riktigt illa men landade tack och lov inte olyckligt. De slippers man får är alldeles för tunna och utan grepp för det hala golvet. Det här måste de fixa omgående för det är närmast farligt.

Camere grandi e accoglienti abbastanza moderne. Accesso alla spa incluso.

Cons:

Le finiture delle camere non sono da 5 stelle. La colazione era abbondante ma poco varia sul “dolce” ma soprattutto veniva servito pane vecchio.
Nell’area ristorante per la colazione c’erano dei passerotti che lasciavano escrementi sulle sedie

Alla fine un buon soggiorno.

Bella struttura,carina la spa,buon ristorante e ottima la colazione a buffet, a breve distanza dal centro con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si arriva al ponte di pietra.

La vista della suite posta al primo piano è decisamente brutta, sopra un bar ristorante rumoroso di sera e un deposito materiali abbastanza sporco e disordinato, dove i camerieri venivano continuamente a fumare tanto da dar fastidio se ci si trova in terrazza.La suite era grandissima ma senza wifi, ho chiesto aiuto per far funzionare la mia smart tv ma le persone che venivano ad aiutarmi erano semplici operai manutentori, incompetenti, nn ho potuto vedere nessuna delle 2 TV della camera per tre giorni di soggiorno. Alla fine del soggiorno mi sono dimenticato un telecomando all'interno della camera n.109, chiamato subito perche sarei ritornato in hotel a prenderlo, richiesto, mandato messaggi, mail, niente da fare, anche se sicuramente il telecomando è ancora dentro la camera, loro probabilmente non si sono ancora resi conto che uno dei telecomandi è mio, non loro, difficile relazionarsi con personale.

It was an unpleasant stay because of the facilities that were not what we would have expected

We had a room with a nice view, we arrived 30mins earlier and they checked us in

It was very dirty, a lot of dust, it was not well maintained, AC was not working properly and breakfast was very poor. We forgot our sons pacifier on the table and came back after 5 min and they said they threw it away. The playground was also very dirty.

Large room, good facilities, good breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel position is near the main stadium, almost connected with one of the standings. Nothing wrong with it apart from its peculiarity. I imagine that during a game day, it becomes pretty uncomfortable to access it and to relax. But obviously these are just speculations.
On a different note at 7h10, 10 min after opening, 120 people were at breakfast (some tourists groups). All good, but the replenishment of the food never arrived. If 150 guests were all the hotel had that day, you still need to cater for the rest of 30. Or?
