Gemütliche Maisonette Zimmer unterm Dach, zentrale Lage in Sachsenhausen, große Gemeinschaftsküche, modern eingerichtet und schöner gemütlicher Eingangsbereich

Cons:

Die Begrüßung am Empfang war sehr kühl, auf Fragen wurde nur spärlich reagiert. Die Treppe im Zimmer, die zum Bett führt, ist sehr schmal und eignet sich nur für Personen, die kein Problem haben, wenn sie nachts runter auf Toilette müssen.

The lively and lovely Libertine
Pros:

Helena and the wonderful people who support the smooth running of this hotel is the secret of the hotel's success.
This is my forth visit to the Libertine Lindenberg in Frankfurt and again I was received like an old friend returning home.
This boutique VEGAN hotel ( I wish people would research their choices before and not in a negative review after their stay ! ) is situated in the heart of a very lively and bustling entertainment location in Frankfurt.
It is surrounded by great and authentic restaurants and the vibe is warm and friendly.
We chose the apartment this time on the 5th floor ( there is a lift ) which was very light and had lots of space.
It has incredible views of the Frankfurt skyline and hasa great bath !
The culture of the area is fast moving and the location to local tourist attractions via a beautiful river walk or a convenient taxi is perfect for those who seek a lively experience.
Again I would recommend highly and huge thanks to Helena and friends for their efforts , kindness and smiles.

See you again soon.

Cons:

I saw this time the staff ratio was a lot less than other visits and noted the staff were constantly busy and spinning lots of plates to ensure the visitors enjoyed their experience.

Gute Lage mit Potenzial, aber leider mit Bettwanzen.

Die Lage war top und und liebevoll eingerichtet. An sich ein gutes Hotel. Als Entschädigung für die Bettwanzen bekamen wir das Frühstück umsonst. Das für ein veganes Frühstück echt gut war.

Cons:

Ich hatte insg.4 Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Ein kleines und drei größere. In einem der größeren Zimmer waren leider Bettwanzen. Das ist mir vorher noch nirgends auf der Welt passiert.
Dem Personal war das sichtlich unangenehm und sie waren auch hilfsbereit.
Dennoch konnte ein großes Zimmer nicht genutzt werden. Und wir mussten aufgrund der Belegung zusammenrücken und hatten nicht mehr paarweise die Zimmer. Ich selbst habe die Nacht dann auf einem Zustellbett verbracht.
Das Dilemma ging mit der Erstattung los. Erst war es ein langes hin und her. Dann wurde uns das kleine günstigere Zimmer erstattet. Nach Reklamation, dass das größere Zimmer ja nicht bewohnbar war, wurde zugesagt, dass ich die Differenz noch bekomme. Hier warte ich seit nun einigen Wochen. Auf Anfragen wird nicht mehr reagiert. Das ist auch der Grund für die Bewertung. Ich wollte eigentlich keine schreiben, weil ich weiß was Bettwanzen für ein Hotel bedeuten können, aber das Ghosting hat das Fass nun zum überlaufen gebracht .

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage nähe Trambahn und abends könnte man auch noch in die Bars

Wirklich sehr schönes modernes Zimmer. Der Maisonette-Stil war auch super schön. Zusätzlich hatte ich ein Dachfenster mit automatischem Rollo. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden

Wunderschönes Hotel im Herzen Frankfurts zum wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Die gemeinsame Küche im Dachgeschoss ist perfekt ausgestattet und lädt zum Verweilen ein - der Blick über die Dächer Frankfurts ist unvergleichlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Möbel sehr hochwertig. Sehr zu empfehlen!
