Pros:

easy drive to I75, to reach all events in Chattanooga and Ga that I was attending
across from Camp Jordon with many new restaurants. Located behind other Hotels for a very quite location far from the road traffic
Morning breakfast include fresh hot foods

It was our second stay but noisier this trip than the last. The last time was 4th of July weekend in 2025.
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean. Everything in good operation

Cons:

The shower head was awful. The maid didn’t leave coffee for the second day. I went to the front desk and the young guy said he would call the maid service and let them know but he couldn’t guarantee we would get it. I said don’t you keep some here, he said no but I insisted I needed to know where I could get the coffee. He finally open a drawer under the counter and got coffee. Very unacceptable!

I wouldn't return. The smell was overwhelming!
Pros:

The location was great.
The bed had adequate pillows and was comfortable.
The blinds shades did provide darkening to the room to try and sleep in.
No deposit was required

Cons:

There was a strong scent of old carpet smell to the room that lingered during the entire stay. (We kept our luggage closed so the scent wasn't on our clothes) The carpet def needs to be replaced or taken up. The hallways nor check in area smelled like this! This could be due to pets being approved to stay here.

A better cleaning is def needed as to hair was found in the bathroom.

The upgrade to the facility was def needed but was NOT done by professionals.

The one elevator was very small and entirely hot with no air circulating.

The free breakfast only provided eggs and sausages as the hot food. (There was no label as if the sausages were pork or turkey) There was a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt and fruits that were available as well.

The location of the hotel sits directly behind Quality Inn. If you pass with Quality Inn on your right then you'll be at the front entrance of the hotel and if you pass Quality Inn on your left then you'll be at the rear entrance which is accessible if you have an active key card. You're able to drive around from either side tho. There was no deposit fee!

There is a parking area ands it's noted that it floods when it rains. I suggest NO cars to park in that particular area. Suvs and bigger vehicles are okay!
There was only one key card provided and wifi did not work unfortunately.
