Nice place at a good price for overnight stay.
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff. Room was quiet on 3rd floor. Free parking. Nice big screen TV. Clean comforter, sheets, linens. Breakfast was typical hotel fare.

Cons:

I did not like the loud fan in the bathroom. If the light switch is turned on, the loud fan comes on immediately and there is no way to turn it off. Very annoying.

Pros:

Location was great!!

Cons:

The door to the room. It was difficult to open and close. You could tell it hadn't been addressed. The paint on the door and door jam had rubbed off. I inspected the issue the screws in the top hinge were loose. They were clearly moving while open the door. Informed of the issue on the problem while I was checking out.

Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

It was dirty and the room smelled really bad. The beds were comfortable but every time the metal framed banged every time I moved. The whole hotel and rooms need to be remodeled and painted and new beds.

The desk staff when we arrived, and when we departed, we’re both very friendly and very helpful and very efficient. They both deserve the highest marks as possible.
Delicious waffles, eggs, sausage, and all the rest of the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast room staff was very efficient and kept refilling hot and cold food.

Cons:

The third floor carpet and hallway had a funny smell.

Good basic stay and excellent value for the cost.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Climate control system was good. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine but could have done better with keeping it supplied. Had to wait 5-10 minutes for a carafe of coffee to arrive. Had to wait for scrambled eggs to be replenished and breakfast meat didn't get replenished during our eating time which was approx 1 hour before serving ended.
