La ubicación es estupenda.
Nada más llegar ya cuando me fui a duchar había toallas de lavabo y no de ducha, tuve que ir a recogerlas a un almacén porque me dijeron que no había personal, pero lo peor fue cuando empezó a inundarse y salir agua de la ducha y del bote sinfónico, les dije que lo tenían que arreglar y me dijeron que era fin de semana y que no había fontanero y que el hotel estaba lleno y no me podían cambiar de habitación. Yo lo siento pero ese no es mí problema si yo pago una habitación que no era una ganga, 180 euros la noche sin desayuno, la primera quincena de julio que es la más barata, tienen que ofertarme una habitación en condiciones y si no llamar a un servicio de urgencia porque yo he pagado y no es mí problema, total que ya cuando les amenacé con denunciarlo a Booking y en las redes sociales me hicieron el cambio de habitación y ya bien, pero claro no me parece bien tener que llegar a eso, cuando voy de vacaciones voy a disfrutar no a discutir y está claro que sí me hubiera callado me había quedado en esas malas condiciones, así que he puesto valoración regular, pero que juzgue la gente, otras cosillas en cuanto a la televisión enana de la habitación y a la información sobre el aparcamiento público porque el suyo estaba lleno, tampoco bien, pero bueno al final me pude apañar y con el buen ambiente y la buena gente que hay en Asturias me lo pasé genial y por lo menos se me quitó el cabreo.
