The staff did not act like they know what the hospitality industry is. They ran out of bubble
Bath (yes bubble bath) for the whole hotel. There was a power outage and the air was off for hours even though the property was on generator power. There is no 24 hour room service. I asked for a bucket of ice at the front desk and was told to go wait at the busy bar on a Saturday night and ask there. I was told I could not sit in the lower section of the dining room because breakfast service would be over in 15 mins and they had to
Clean. They have REGULAR slick shiny tiles in the shower that are SUPER slippery when wet or shampoo is on them. They were not shower tiles. There is mold in the grout of the tiles. There is paint on the outside of the windows and on the window ledges from the last painting. I sent a message while waiting to clear immigration at the airport about my fiancé arriving without delay and to allow her entry. They responded 14 hours later. They charged her a nights stay. No big deal but why respond 14 hours later apparently not reading the message I sent the night before.You need a door card to gain access to other floors after the first night that security system didn’t work again. Elevators only goes down not up. No sign stating that. The breakfast was the same every day. Cold eggs half cooked bacon pieces and horrible coffee. Apparently they don’t know about Colombian coffee.i could go on but that was just 3 days. If San Fernando had rooms we would have left sooner for there.i tried to put in many photos but they limit to four. I know why
Principalmente el trato del personal. Las habitaciones muy confortables. La zona donde está ubicado, es muy segura. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos.
El desayuno estaba muy variado, pero veníamos de otro hotel de Bogotá donde el nivel estaba muy alto.
Estuvo todo bien. La habitación la encontramos acorde para una pareja. Buena vista a la ciudad, cama espaciosa y cómoda. El personal muy amable. Mi esposo y yo luego de desayunar íbamos a una área al aire libre a conversar. Nuestra estadía en general fue buena.

La camera grand view enorme con una bella vista

Old, run-down hotel, air con did not work, safe did not work, change rooms, tv did not work - did not complain as it was not point as staff did not care much after first complaint. Quiet dirty rooms, very old furniture, some lights did not work, and ceiling at bathroom was just taped to rest 😂and bathrooms were also dirty with previous guests' hair and some dirty marks all over with cracked tiles, extremely uncomfortable beds( long overdue for mattress change). Not sure how this hotel is still 4stars and part of Radiisson brand, stays in two other hotels from Radisson in Colombia and all were great.Extremely poor value for money, it's plenty of great hotels in Medellín.

O pequeno almoço não é de todo ajustado a um hotel de 4 estrelas (poucas opcoes e pouca variedade) e os funcionarios do pequeno almoço não são simpaticos e estao sempre a despachar e demoram nos pedidos e nao sao proativos.

Era mi noche de bodas , y me quitaron la habitación la separé por booking y el día que llegué me hicieron un cambio muy extraño en la fecha y me la pusieron de viernes a sábado y tengo foto , de la fecha exacta que era del 8 al 9 de agosto, que tristeza y esta experiencia tan mala me lleva a tomar la decisión de no volver a comprar nada por booking y menos en este hotel , por que le dieron prioridad a otras personas que llegaron a su hotel que a mi , que había separado el habitación con varios días de anticipación y me percaté por varias vía y me dijeron que es una costumbre de algunos hoteles y la verdad que tristeza estoy decepcionada 100%, y no me digan que fue problema con la tarjeta por que apenas me llegó la alerta cambie la tarjeta y ni así, me la quitaron y esto lo voy a poner en mis redes y me siguen muchas pero muchas personas.
La falta de respeto con esta aplicación y la relación con los hoteles.
