Staff was what made our stay so special.
Pros:

Nice looking small hotel with an exceptional staff, most of them go above and beyond to make sure you have a hood time while staying there.

Cons:

Balcony door could not be locked from the inside.
No where to put your personal toiletries while taking showers, no shelves for soap, shampoo, shaving products, etc.
Toilet door has no lock and didn’t even close all the way.
No light just for toilet, had to turn room lights on during the night.

In overall good but could be better just by fixing those few things about customer service and care
Pros:

The location was good and the bar services were good

Cons:

The room only had few towels and we were four in the room. They didn’t refill basic things like toilet paper, the food in the morning was cold some times, they (waiters) forget about the people who are sitting outside

La seguridad, La limpieza, La comida y la comodidad

Cons:

Se nos intentó hacer un cobro de botellas de vino del mini-bar la cual no era fidedigna, tras una discusión de varios minutos no se hizo el cobro pero el momento no debió ocurrir.

Necesito entender por qué el monto de reserva era de $287 y se cobraron $302. Necesito esta respuesta lo mas pronto posible.

Decepcionante
Pros:

La zona donde se ubica es tranquila.

Cons:

La habitación es minúscula. No tiene agua caliente y la presión del agua en el tercer piso es muy pobre, no funciona el teléfono ni siquiera para llamar a la recepción, usar el televisor es prácticamente imposible a pesar de las instrucciones que dejan. El desayuno lo sirven desde las 6:30 am, si alguien tiene que salir antes se queda sin desayunar. El minibar suena más que un avión.
