Pros:

La comida del restaurante y la ubicación.

Cons:

La alarma para incendios se disparó cerca de la 1 am. Tardaron en arreglarla cerca de 2 horas. Nunca en ese periodo de tiempo hubo preocupación por pedir excusas u ofrecernos alternativas. Decidieron apagarlas totalmente para solucionar la situación, poniendo en riesgo a todas las personas del lugar. Al otro día, no hubo excusas y cuando pedí una compensación por haber pasado mi noche de aniversario en vela gracias a esa situación, no solo no me contestaron sino que no reconocieron el error y no hubo ni siquiera un gesto de excusas. En cambio un gerente minimizó completamente lo sucedido. El hotel es costoso, pero no merece ser de la cadena Raddisson y definitivamente el gerente no tiene actitud de servicio. Los pisos del hotel demuestran desaseo.

Lo que mas me gusto es lo cerca que queda casi todo del hotel

Cons:

El personal lo senti muy arrogante para nada amigable me sentí muy mal, pero entiendo que cada hotel tiene su forma de manejarse.
