Recomendada la estadía en este hotel
Pros:

superó mis expectativas, las habitaciones son muy amplias, el personal es muy amable, hay variedad en el desayuno y la zona en donde se encuentra ubicado el hotel es bastante céntrica y bonita.

Cons:

Quizás mejorar la limpieza del gym, había un olor un poquito raro en el gym y también en los pasillos de los pisos en donde se encuentran las habitaciones.

Tuve una experiencia excepcional en el V Grand Hotel en Medellín. Viajé con mi familia y desde el primer momento supimos que sería una estadía increíble. Llegamos en la madrugada, alrededor de la 1:30 am, y fuimos recibidos por Daniel, quien nos atendió con una calidez, amabilidad y disposición admirables, incluso a esa hora. Ese detalle marcó completamente nuestra primera impresión.

La habitación estaba impecable: súper limpia, bien equipada y con camas extremadamente cómodas, perfectas para descansar después de un día de turismo. El desayuno también superó nuestras expectativas: muy variado, fresco y delicioso.

Sin embargo, lo que realmente hace especial a este hotel es su personal. Todos, sin excepción, fueron amables, atentos, siempre sonrientes y con una genuina vocación de servicio. Se nota que disfrutan lo que hacen y eso se siente en cada interacción.

Además, tomamos un tour a Guatapé con una empresa aliada del hotel, y fue simplemente la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido. Todo estuvo perfectamente organizado y superó nuestras expectativas.

He viajado a Medellín en varias ocasiones, pero esta vez el hotel hizo toda la diferencia. Sin duda volveremos y estaremos siempre agradecidos por su recibimiento y su increíble calor humano.
