Pros:

El entorno excepcional. Sensación de relax, descanso, privacidad, paisaje increible. El trato de Aranzu impecable en cortesía, amabilidad y excelente predisposición.
Nos ha ganado este hotel tan diferente para bien. Repetiremos sin duda.
Solamente hemos podido disfrutar un día, pero ha sido una experiencia estupenda.
Instalaciones exteriores que acercan a la naturaleza. Plantas exóticas, espacios amplios para disfrutar, decoración de rincones geniales.
El desayuno incluido muy variado y con elaboraciones caseras muy ricas.
Te puedes mover como si se tratara de tu casa.

Cons:

Las instalaciones del aseo pueden mejorar. La ducha perdía agua por la parte inferior. No hay secador de pelo, cosa que mi pareja echó en falta. Las instalaciones eléctricas mejorables. No hay atención de personal al que te puedas dirigir ante una emergencia o necesidad puntual.
Otro detalle, a la hora del desayuno, jardineros funcionando con máquinas ruidosas. Se entiende su labor, pero rompieron la armonía de ese momento a la mañana.
