Very cosy
Noise outside , pricey but everywhere is this week for some reason
Nice cosy pub, good breakfast, lovely lady in the breakfast room
Very noisy at night bring your earplugs, sirens motor bikes trains bit tedious with the jet lag
One of the receptionists was snappy with us when we asked for extra teabags and milk because for some reason we had missed having our room cleaned etc
Location was amazing for what we wanted, the room was exceptional and staff so helpful, polite and friendly.
Breakfast was delicious, great options a lovely area to sit in. The room was perfect, clean and spacious and the bed was very comfy. The shower was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The only problem that we had were that the TVs in our room didn't work. The staff were very helpful but were not able to fix them. The live pub music was very loud below our room on Saturday night, I wasn't aware of this at the time I booked but they do make it clear and I shouldn't have expected any different staying in a pub in central London on a Saturday night! The music finished promptly at 12am.

Lovely stay as always with fantastic staff. I left my phone charger on the train and they were really helpful letting me use the charger at reception.
