Conrad Osaka

The hotel itself was great, nice room. The gym was probably the best hotel gym I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff were over the top formal which read borderline rude and were overly intrusive about when the other guest was checking in for our group.

The hospitality at Conrad Osaka was truly exceptional, with outstanding service from the lounge staff, Atmos Dining, the Front Reception team, and room service. A sincere thanks to Joseph Latham, Ryoko Dewees, and Yuji Hiramatsu for their remarkable dedication and care. From assisting with a hard‑to‑find product to securing the last available item and checking multiple stores across Japan, each of them went above and beyond. Their collective efforts were both memorable and meaningful.

Upon arrival, the bell team greeted and welcomed us to the property. The check in process seamless and natural. It was like returning to a friend’s home. The view from the reception desk, breathtaking. The Kura Team – Yu, Yoshimi, and Chef Yamamoto. They made every effort to accommodate our late reservations and prepared a meal that we will always remember.

Wanted to take a moment to shout out the team at the Conrad Osaka for an excellent stay as a diamond member. The hotel’s reputation precedes it and even then, the experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff is on it and very attentive to the smallest of details.

I’d be remiss if I did not mention the hotel’s service manager Valentino; starting from check-in he was a constant presence, ensuring that all was going well and in order. This was my first visit to Japan, including Osaka, and when I come back there is no doubt I’ll stay here again.

Conred is matchless property with great views from lobby to rooms. The services are great. Food is good for vegetation also.Chef from Nepal and Umesh in restaurant took special care for our group.

Staying at the Conrad Osaka is one of the highlights of our trip! The view from the lobby, executive lounge and to our room is spectacular. The service is great and room and the bathroom is spacious, modern and very clean, we stayed for 5 nights and every day we go back to the room - it's been cleaned and supplies replenished with turned down service. The food at the lounge and breakfast buffet at the 40th floor is a great bonus with lots of food options. It's worth what you are paying for. Hotel staff are amazing and we had wonderful interaction with everyone. It exceeded my expectations. I also recommend checking out restaurant and the bar. I highly recommend Conrad Osaka and definitely we will stay here again when we go back to Japan, this is one of our favorite hotel now. Our experience here

We were blessed to have an executive room that included access to their Executive Lounge. Everything, from check-in, friendly and accommodating services, lounge time, accessibility to train/subway stations, turn-down services, was done in a very professional and hospitable manner.
We returned to this hotel because of our previous experience in 2025 and will probable choose this hotel again when visiting Osaka. The price point is definitely worth it and the rooms are relatively spacious compared to Japanese hotel standards. This is a hotel where you can enjoy your stay; using all the amenities (pool/sauna/hot tub, fitness gym, spa…), walking distance to museums and subways.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the teppanyaki restaurant at Conrad Osaka.

Chef Misaki prepared every dish with incredible skill and care. Each course beautifully highlighted the quality of the ingredients, and watching the cooking at the teppan made the meal feel like a special performance.

The service was also excellent. Kimiko’s calm and thoughtful hospitality made us feel very comfortable throughout the experience.

We visited to spend a special moment with my son before he leaves for Nagoya, and it became a memory we will always cherish.

What impressed us even more was what happened afterward. When we stopped by Atmos Dining and simply mentioned that we had just visited Kura, the team kindly prepared a “Congratulations on your acceptance” plate for my son.

We were deeply touched by the wonderful teamwork and warm hospitality of the staff.

Conrad Osaka is truly a special place for us and somewhere we always want to return to.
