Lousy room cleaning
Pros:

Stayed 4 days and not one time was our room cleaned!!! Very disappointed in that

Sand, sun and friendly faces!
Pros:

Everything! Right on the beach and near heaps restaurants for dinner. Very comfortable, clean and big room. Lovely check in staff.

Cons:

The free breakfast was nice and they specially made me some scrambled eggs but the rest of the offering was pretty basic.

Wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Nice view in main entrance break fast was good

Cons:

I was expecting luxury because its the Hampton, balcony needed cleaning with chairs , bathroom out dated the view was not great I could see the ocean from the side , I paid for sea view and got a partial view , staff wasn’t friendly or went out the way to make sure I enjoyed my stay

Overall delightful but rules need to be inforced.
Pros:

Close to the beach. Staff was amazing. Bar overlooking the pool and beach.

Cons:

People completely disregarded the rules when it came to the pool. Played loud obnoxious music with cuss words and no one said anything.

Für den Preis ein wenig mehr erwartet
Pros:

Die Lage ist 1A, das angrenzende Parkhaus gut zu erreichen, der Pier Park fußläufig ebenso. Der Pool und der Aufenthaltsbereich sind gut.

Cons:

Viele Möbel (vor allem in der Lobby) sind mittlerweile ziemlich heruntergekommen. Der Balkon mit Seeblick war eher trostlos, 2 alte Plastikstühle und ein kleiner Beistelltisch, das war es. Überall hat die Seeluft Spuren hinterlassen, bei mir ging Farbe am Boden des Balkons langsam ab, generell wirkt die Fassade schon sehr mitgenommen, die Verriegelung des Balkons funktionierte nicht mehr, und im Bad hat die Seeluft das Metall der Lampe fortgeschritten angegriffen. Das Bistro ist ok, mehr nicht. Ich hatte eine Pizza, die war zwar warm und gut belegt, aber für ihren Preis erstaunlich klein.
Was mich am meisten gestört hat, ist dass es trotz ausdrücklichem Rauchverbot jedes Mal, als ich auf dem Balkon saß, tierisch nach Mariuhana gerochen hat (kam definitiv von Etagen unter mir).
