The staff was nice and polite.
They have a band Friday Saturday 6to 10 pm that was not advertised on website we were directly above the music, wifi was terrible at best (very slow or not working), only TV is you tube and terrible to navigate. Huge cockroaches in bathroom. The food was super expensive for toast and egg and coffee, we eat at 7/11. The pool noise of screaming kids was over powering. I booked it because in the pictures it has rock climbing wall, hanging walkway, none of which were open down for repairs. By the look of it I got the feeling that the owner does not care about upkeep or staff (3 at coffee bar one at front counter) i will find another location next visit to manila. Sad face.
The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean.

Some guests were hanging out in the Level 4 lounge area and were being quite loud, despite it being past 10:00 pm.
Si vous cherchez un établissement aux normes occidentales, aseptisé où tout est parfait le Selah n'est pas fait pour vous. Hôtel filipino avec du bruit, des enfants qui jouent,de la musique, des familles des rires et un personnel adorable. La vraie vie Phillipine.

What I like about the property is that its staff are accomodating
I did not like a lot of things such as "Everything has charge" they don't give much attention with maintenance even they charged extra fee (corkage) the aircon cover in our barkada room suddenly falls off, the elevator is too small, I like Tabla though the food is good I hate the hotel rules does not fit to its service such as you'll pay ₱20,000 if the people beside your room complaint regarding any noise and guess what, the wall is wood and not stone😬
Check in was chaos and took way too long; the pool was jammed with children for months day; the room was very basic and did not match the photos

Very disappointing stay. The cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below what should be expected from a hotel. The toilet was dirty and extremely outdated. The lobby lounge and dining area had no air conditioning, making both areas uncomfortable, especially during warm weather.
The beds and blankets did not appear clean, and I even noticed what looked like pet footprints or stains on the bedding, which was unacceptable. Most of the furniture and facilities were old, worn out, and in need of renovation. To make matters worse, the TV remote was not functioning.
