予約内容確認で朝食付など確認出来るカ所が無い。毎年予約してるので当然料金的にも朝食付だと思っていたが無しプラン予約と言われ支払った。

La pulizia, il servizio, vicino al porto

Cons:

Nella descrizione dell'hotel su booking, era indicato che la colazione comprendeva anche pane e burro. Nulla di tutto ciò, solo verdure, brodo, pesce crudo, carne molto condite. Magari una piccola parte di colazione continentale sarebbe stata gradita. Ho chiesto del pane e mi hanno detto che non era disponibile.
Inoltre abbiamo avuto dei problemi a causa del tifone e il nostro volo è stato anticipato. Difficoltà nel farsi capire, solo alcuni parlano inglese ma non oltre le frasi standard.

Very good, but is our customer feedback taken seriously ?
Pros:

Large asian buffet breakfast. Quiet and central neighbourhood. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean rooms and hotel. free juice drinks for each person and each day of stay.

Cons:

Luggage storage unattended. It is not the first time that I stay in this hotel, but I'm fed up with the automated AI-generated responses to customer reviews. It gives the impression our valuable time and effort in providing feedback is not taken seriously. For this reason I downgraded the hotel.
