Excellent city location, surprisingly quiet and budget friendly price point.
Pros:

Excellent for a short term stay in the city. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the underground arcade and main subway. It was surprisingly peaceful and quiet for being in the centre of the city. The rooms are compact with a simple, clean but elegant design. I appreciated not having to step up into the shower room, which doubled as the sink area. My arrival was processed efficiently and without fuss, which I was thankful for after a long, harrowing day. The price point is very good for the budget traveller and for what you get. Highly recommended.

水回りが衝撃的。バスタブ無いのは全く問題ないのですが、まさかの洗面台とシャワールーム一体型。ネパールのゲストハウスを思い出しました…。顔を洗うタイミング、歯磨きする順番、洗面台使うたび裸足になることへの困惑…日本で初めて見るパターンでした。
百歩譲って設備上仕方がないとしても、扉を開けた瞬間鼻をつく下水の匂い(排水口の匂い？)にはさすがに辟易しました。シャワールームに入るのも嫌で、シャワーを諦めるかまで考えました。この匂いの中で歯磨きするのもキツいです。週末のためかなりお値段高かっただけに、とても残念です。

無難でした。
Pros:

南天神の地下鉄駅からほど近いため、六本松、警固、天神、中洲、博多駅で遊びたい人にとっては便利だと思います。
あと、他と比べて割とお安めなのもありがたいです。

Cons:

バスタブはないので、お風呂はシャワーのみです。
