Magnifique palace très bien situé
Pros:

Belle chambre spacieuse avec lit très confortable. L’emplacement est parfait dans le centre historique et proche du port. Le palace en lui-même est magnifique, bien restauré avec un salon de toute beauté.

Dachterrasse, Frühstück war super, Zimmer hatte alles Notwendige, Blick aus dem Fenster, Bibliothek, Tuktuk-Fahrt zum Parkhaus

Cons:

Wenn man sich von der falschen Seite nähert, geht man durch eine eher nicht so schöne Ecke von Genua, wenn man es weiß, kein Problem.

Truly lovely hotel, tucked in the old town on a charmingly local square with a great little bar. The ‘library/living room’ is a spectacular and very relaxing space.

Never again! Too difficult to get to!
Cons:

Location is impossible to drive to! Either have to take a LONG walk in, or take a taxi from where we had to park with 4 pieces of luggage! Also, the staff seemed somewhat uninterested which was surprising and the bathroom is poorly designed and lit with spots. Worse, the room air conditioning shuts off when you leave the room with the e-key so when you return you have to start it again and it took a while to be comfortable with the small unit supplying the room. The neighborhood around the hotel is the OLD town and so it's dark with old, confusing streets. This hotel and location were definitely not a highlight of our trip.
