Pros:

Beautiful palace in the heart of old town and a short walk to the port. The hotel bar is also amazing, service was fantastic and the hotel itself is beautiful.

Cons:

The neighbouring streets are a bit shady at night so staff should warn tourists not to go through that area at night, especially alone.

Attention impossible d accéder en voiture à cet hôtel. Accueil déplorable. Donc déplacement à pieds avec valises, sacs, enfants sur des pavés pendant 15 min c’est la galère. L’hôtel propose un Tuk Tuk pour 5€ le voyages …si… si ce n’est pas une blague ; uniquement pour 2 personnes. Pour les valises et le reste tu te le coltines jusqu’a l’hotel à pieds. Nous n’y sommes pas restés. À la réservation l’hôtel devrait mentionner que l hôtel est inaccessible en voiture, ce n’est pas tres honnête de ne pas clairement l’annoncer mais on en devine la raison. Merci au service client de booking qui nous a tirés de ce très mauvais pas car vraiment avec enfants, bagages, sacs de voyages et en vacances c’est très certainement un hôtel à éviter et même À FUIR

Hôtel inaccessible. Après visite des chambres, cet établissement n est certainement pas au niveau d’un classement 4 étoiles. Au surplus Tarif prohibitif pour ce qui est proposé.

Super-friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, and a great location in the old town. Free fruit on the roof-top deck was a nice surprise.

Cons:

There was not much to complain about, but if I have to critique something, the drapes didn't block 100% of the outside light, but they worked well enough (probably only a problem for real vampires).
