The only good things about this hotel were the location and the person serving breakfast, who was very kind.
They let us check in an hour early, but there were no towels in the room until 3:30 p.m., so we had to wait just to take a shower. The receptionist with glasses was very rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional.
There was no one to help with the luggage, so we had to carry our suitcases to the room ourselves. That wasn’t a big issue, but when we wanted to check out, they refused to let us use the luggage trolley, saying it was “occupied.”
There was only one high chair for babies in the entire hotel, so we had to keep our child on our laps during meals.
Although underground parking was advertised as included, they told me my car was “too big,” so I had to pay an extra €14.
Do not stay at this hotel. It is a complete scam.

First we really liked the town - beautiful and clean.
Hotel is in a Central location , quiet for where it is and easy to see everything on town. Close to many bars and Restaraunts.
Staff is very well trained and have a great attitude . Hotel Breakfast was tasty ,
, roof top bar is a real bonus= nicest view in town.
All the staff were pleasant with a super Nice job by Dmitrius at breakfast - calm and efficient even when very busy while always wearing a smile , he understands and achieves perfect service!
Rooms were spotless and good size , balcony room worth it .
