Our one night stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was very welcoming, very helpful. The breakfast was very good, with quality. I recommend it 100%. I will come back again.

Pros:

The location was excellent, 10 mins walk to old town and castle. Parking available at small charge, room very comfortable, bed superb. Breakfast was superb served by a very meticulous lovely man and the reception staff were incredible. I literally could have talked all day to the lovely receptionist who helped check us out yesterday. Total star. Oh and the rooftop bar was stunning.

Cons:

Att tvingas betala för en andra kopp te/kaffe till frukosten är småaktigt. Det har vi aldrig upplevt någon annan stans.
Ingen laktosfrit alternativ på lunchen i restaurangen plan 6. Vi fick gå vidare för att äta.

Siamo arrivati al SAZ Hotel in tarda serata e la receptionist ci ha accolti in maniera impeccabile facendoci sostare davanti l'hotel per scaricare i bagagli. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per parcheggiare nel comodissimo garage convenzionato a 2 passi dall'hotel.
Stanza molto grande, balcone con vista bellissimo. Ottima colazione e posizione meravigliosa a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dagli imbarchi per l'isola.

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Καθαρά δωμάτια. Υπέροχο το roof garden στον 6ο όροφο. Ιδανικό για καφέ , φαγητό ή και ποτό το βράδυ. Ήπια τέλειο κοκτέιλ.

Cons:

Αναφέρεται η υπηρεσία πρωινού σε πακέτο την οποία και ζητήσαμε για τις 5:45 το πρωί. Αυτό που παραλάβαμε κατ'άτομο ήταν ένας χυμός μικρός, 1 κρύο τοστ, 1 φέτα κέικ, 1 αυγό βραστό και 1 αχλάδι. Αντιλαμβάνομαι ότι εκείνη την ώρα δεν υπάρχει ανοιχτή κουζίνα για μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία, αλλά εφόσον το πρωινό περιλαμβάνεται στην τιμή του δωματίου, θα θέλαμε να δούμε και κάτι παραπάνω. Π.χ ένα καφέ, ένα ποτήρι γάλα, το τοστ να ήταν ψημένο, 1 βουτυράκι με 1 φρυγανιά. Μας φάνηκε περίεργο που παραλάβαμε από μία χάρτινη σακούλα με αυτά μέσα.

Πολύ τίμιο ξενοδοχείο στα Γιάννενα. Πολύ άνετο το δωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι, ευρύχωρο, σύγχρονο και πολύ καθαρό που είναι κατά τη γνώμη μου βασικά χαρακτηριστικά. Το πρωινό χωρίς τεράστια ποικιλία αλλά ποιοτικό και νόστιμο. Θα ξαναπήγαινα.
