Pros:

Great location. A lot of space with sink, microwave and fridge

Cons:

Fridge to small? Rooms show wear. Sheets towels etc. Could hsve been cleaner. A/C weak. Said they would fix but never did. Almost 2 weeks. Said they woukd do several things never happened.

Bra att det finns ett sovrum och ett vardagsrum med kylskåp och mikrovågsugn

Cons:

Städning var det väldigt dålig, ostädat badrum med massa fläck på golvet äckligt toastol och väldigt smutsiga och slitna handdukar. Saknar handtvål. Äckligt pool. Personal sitter med mobiler och vill inte städa poolen som finns massa flugor med mera. Förra året när vi var i det här hotellet, var det en av den renaste men detta året det sämsta som vi har varit med. Rostiga stolar trasiga bänkar. Finns inget att sitta vid poolen. Skräp överallt.
Inte värt alls pengarna.

Le deuxième n’en est pas un mais juste un canapé lit inconfortable dans le salon avec cuisine et le frigo qui fait un bruit assourdissant,
La piscine très risqué pour les enfants car ils manquaient des carreaux de carrelages et ça coupait

Not a good experience. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better properties at ao nang beach road.

Room was spacious with a balcony.

Cons:

The staff didn’t clean the room everyday. Sometimes there was no one at the reception to call for any emergency.
The doors of hotel and lobby were open anyone could walk in and walk out without being noticed as property was right on the road.
Our room key didn’t work properly.
Our sink tap kept dripping all day all night. No one fixed it. Inspite of all this we asked a late checkout as we had a late night flight. They refused and didn’t care at all. Thankfully they allowed us to keep our luggage in the reception until our airport pick up arrived.
Very poor services.

ที่นอนน่าจะใช้นานแล้ว ผ้าปูที่นอนรวมทั้งผ้าห่มและหมอนไม่สะอาด ผ้าขนหนูเก่ามากมีรอยขาดตามขอบไม่สะอาดมีกลิ่นอับ ไม่มีถ้วยกาแฟสำหรับดื่มกาแฟ กาแฟไม่ได้ให้ทุกวัน ไม่ทำความสะอาดห้อง ทุกวันถ้าไม่ได้แจ้ง

Below average stay but friendly staff.
Pros:

It is an apartment complex not a hotel.
It was very good priced and it has good reviews at the time of booking, soon changed my mind when I got there.
It was an alright stay overall for a couple of days but We booked 4 nights and by end we couldn’t wait to just leave.
I liked the room had working airco and a good sized balcony.
Positive note: The power went down and they came fix it within 30 min on a Saturday evening ( that would have never happened in Europe ).
Did not even take any pictures in the room since it was so basic.

Cons:

The neighborhood is not the best. Mosque nearby so you will be woken up by the call to prayer.
Very worn down facilities
Sewage smell in the bathroom
Dirty bed sheets and towels. This was a major downside , I had to wash the pillows myself.
Tbh the worst place I’ve been in my life.
Staff was friendly though so that made the experience more positive.

Pros:

I loved it because it’s close to everything, making it very convenient to get around. It was also easy since transport companies could pick us up directly to go to the jetty. For food, we could simply take a tuk-tuk to the night market.

What I liked the most was the friendly staff oh my god! When we checked out earlier, we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to the soft-spoken staff at the front desk. The suite room was spacious and very clean. There’s also a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool from above.

It was superb! I will definitely miss staying here and would love to come back again🫶🏻👍🏻
