Great food, exceptional service!
Pros:

We had a fantastic dinner at Somni, and it was a fine dining experience. The food was delicious, especially the red shrimp carpaccio, the lobster avocado roll, and the seafood paella. We topped off our meal with a delicious mango passionfruit dessert. Paolo, our server, was an excellent server, friendly, attentive, and professional. We had an amazing time at this restaurant.

Amazing Aircon and Paolo Rocks
Pros:

We had a really nice time. At the bar the patatas bravas were delicious and we met some interesting people. Our server Paolo was super nice and helped tell us about all sorts of interesting things around the city. Thanks Paolo! The air conditioning was A+

The Heart of Barcelona

If you want to experience convenience to shopping and restaurants, then this is the hotel in which to stay in Barcelona. Less than 15 minutes from all major sights and the beach, but comfortable walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. The property staff is very attentive, and the facilities are fresh and clean

Delightful food, atmosphere and service
Pros:

Special thanks to our server, Paolo, who made our "grand finale" evening in Barcelona very special. The meal was superb, and the atmosphere and service delightful. We ate at a Canadian hour (very early in Spain!), but were made to feel welcome and comfortable. After a day on our feet in the city we appreciated the AC, the calm, quiet and delightful playlist. Paolo was patient with my limited Spanish, but graciously allowed me to speak, and his English was excellent. Our apologies that we had no cash to tip for the extraordinary service (tipping is generally not an option on credit card payments in Spain).

A pleasant stay in Barcelona
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at The One Barcelona.

The highlights were definitely the service and breakfast. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, especially toward our young children, which we always appreciate when traveling as a family. The daily breakfast was excellent, with great food and attentive service that made for a wonderful start to each day.

The location is good and puts you within reach of many of Barcelona’s attractions, though we found that most destinations ended up being about a 20-minute walk away.

The gym was quite small and had limited equipment. Our family suite also felt much tighter than expected, with very little space to open our luggage comfortably.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality, excellent breakfast, and family-friendly atmosphere. With a bit more space in the rooms and a larger fitness center, the experience would have been even better.

The Best
Pros:

Truly one of my favorite hotels in all my travels in Europe. Refined, classy yet down to earth. Sumptuous breakfast and ideal location in the city. I was solo the first 3 nights with jet lag so the bar/terrace restaurant was the perfect place to chill out. Excellent service from the entire staff with genuine warmth and professionalism.

The Hotel One Barcelona
Pros:

Just a wonderful 5 star boutique style hotel (We know it is a chain but does not feel like one). Everything about the room and the facility was first rate. Our only possible nit is that our room was a bit small but we've found that to be normal in Europe anyway. Finally, the staff was wonderful whether it was guiding us to a great restaurant or working with us to get a cab the day the Pope arrived. We would highly recommend it

Absolutely incredible food and the drinks were lovely. Great service from Alexandre, so attentive whilst going above and beyond for our group. Beautiful views. Even better experience, a must visit establishment for Barcelona!
