Pros:

Excellent location, great friendly service from the team

Cons:

Room was just a little too small for two people and configuration was tight to move around bed and wardrobes

Terrific day highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The staff was great. The Concierge’s were terrific gave incredible recommendations. The place was clean. The cleaning staff followed directions well. The location was terrific quiet but very convenient to shopping restaurants, etc..

I got a room that wasn't clean yet; then we they gave me a new room; in the shower there was a small towel of the person before me.
Tissue box was empty; soup tool was broken; gym was small and smelly- and without windows.
Far from 5 star hotel quality; horrible value for money.

Great place to stay in Barcelona
Pros:

Comfy bed, great shower & huge fluffy towels, excellent staff especially concierge who helped us with quite a few requests and à la carte breakfast (rather than buffet)
Somni restaurant was excellent, as was the Mood rooftop bar & restaurant.

Prachtige kamer, goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Dakterras: moest tijdens het eten een rekening betalen en kreeg het gevoel dat er gasten die niet bij het hotel hoorden een tafeltje kregen bij het zwembad.
