Pros:

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal. Destaco especialmente la atención de Najua y Rima de recepción, quienes fueron sumamente atentas y nos brindaron toda la ayuda posible desde el primer momento. Por otra parte, la habitación cumplió impecablemente con todo lo prometido, estaba muy aseada y contábamos con toallas limpias todos los días. El desayuno también merece una mención aparte, variado, fresco y muy sabroso. Nos gustó muchísimo el hotel y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Las reglas de los jacuzzis no siempre se cumplen por parte de otros huéspedes, por lo que a veces es difícil usarlos si están acaparados. Por otro lado, el viernes por la mañana tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente y tuvimos que esperar a que se llenara el estanque, lo que retrasó un poco nuestro itinerario del día. De todas formas, el personal se mostró dispuesto a solucionarlo.

Sala de jogos tambem é muito bacana.

O quarto onde fiquei havia um pouco de mofo na cortina e o papel higiênico do banheiro, não era papel higiênico, era aqueles guardanapos que tem em lanchonete, nada confortável.

café da manhã muito bom, atendimento na praia e do balcão muito bom, muito atenciosos,, boa localização, de frente pra praia e restaurantes da região ótimos, área externa ampla e piscina aquecida.

Cons:

O elevador estava estragado, tenho lesão no joelho e me lococaram no 3 andar, sala de jogos não estava funcionando a sinuca, cama horrível, dormi super mal e vaso sanitário estava solto, um perigo um machucado. Além de muito barulho de reforma, não consegui descansar. Fiz o check out antes do prazo pq já não aguentava mais.
