Outstanding
Pros:

My husband took me for my Birthday. On Arrival there was a bottle of bubbly in a bucket and 2 glasses with Strawberries in them and a Birthday Card.In-between one of the shows everyone sang Happy Birthday to me. Great value, great location,lovely room, value for money, fabulous food, great staff and fabulous entertainment every night.

Great hotel
Pros:

Rooms are very spacious & clean with tea & coffee making facilities ,plenty towels with all you shower needs there’s also a hairdryer in the drawer in the bedroom, meals are delicious with plenty choice & the staff are there for your every need from reception to the staff in the restaurant, will definitely come back here to this hotel x

Great location and great staff
Pros:

The Ruskin was pleasant and friendly. The staff were very good.

Cons:

The corridors were narrow and the rooms incredibly hot because of the outside temperature. The portable air conditioners and fans did not combat the heat very much.

I would definitely be back, next time I will book bigger room with bath.
Pros:

Location of the hotel were amazing. Lift at the hotel was small but acceptable. Excellent entrance and reception. Sitting area on the ground floor with bar were perfect. Bar and breakfast restaurant were lovely.

Cons:

Room with two single beds were very small. Toilet and shower were very small too.

Pros:

Everything was extremely clean, Breakfast was fresh and well cooked. the room was modern and a really good size, bahroom the same. the bars have a good choice of beers and spirits.

Cons:

Outside the Hotel, Blackpool is sadly so run down, But the hotel, I definaetly would visit again and just stay in the hotel the just to watch the entertainment it was exceptional.

Would go back here no probs
Pros:

Very good hotel. Food good. Staff very nice. Rooms well appointed.
The entertainment(60s) theme was good.
One exception a female compare comic not so good. Thankfully only on one night. Otherwise great hotel.

My breakaway
Pros:

Love the hotel stayed for the first time in may ,booked before we left for July and booked again for Xmas managed to get the last room ,my sister in law comes twice a year so we had a reunions as she lives in Scotland and we are Wigan fantastic food ,the staff are brilliant nothing to much trouble
