It was OK, but wouldn't choose to stay there again
Pros:

The room was excellent as was the location and the reception staff were particularly helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit leaked at night and dripped water over some of our clothes onto the sofa. The cups were not cleaned daily nor was the balcony. There was hair (clearly not ours by the colour) for the entire duration of the stay in the bidet. The knob was missing on one of the sliding shower doors. The over shower head was loose and rotated from side to side. The breakfast was ok, although non of the fruit provided was ripe and the chef cooking the eggs/omelette's was not there for long periods meaning that these items were not available. The evening meals were poor unless you liked just salad and they need to do something about this.

Nicer than expected
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs. We generally socialise at that end of the strip. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was modern and permanently clean.

The room had a good shower which is important to me. Bed was comfortable and maid service was every day.

Great wee break, glad I was closer to old town. Also happy the hotel was predominantly Spanish.
Pros:

Location was ideal. Staff very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. Super clean and tidy.

Pros:

El bufete era bastante bueno.

Cons:

Al hotel siempre le faltaban 5 para el peso. Nada era tan malo ni nada era bueno en demasia.

Tuve un problema con una empleada de la limpieza que nos trato super mal, y eso nos amargo la estancia. Le tienen super poca paciencia a los turistas en algunas areas del hotel.

Después tienen las suites con 1 solo aire acondicionado en el comedor pero en la habitación no hya nada, tuvimos que pedir un ventilador

Nice hotel
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay. Location was great
Staff were nice and helpful. It was clean and well looked after
I would stay again

Cons:

Was not keen on the food.we had only booked breakfast so cannot comment on lunch and dinner but the hot food wasn't very hot.

Nightmare with no solution and when asked for money back they said it’ll take over a week to receive it

Toda la estancia fue perfecta menos la última noche que se rompió el aire acondicionado y chorreó agua del techo y no se podía dormir porque hacia mucho ruido el goteo.

La ubicación perfecta y las piscinas

Cons:

Buffet más bien tirando a flojo, personal justo para atender así contestaban mal a clientes y nos tocó en una altura 12 el ascensor lento y sin aire acondicionado.
