Das hotel ist ok (etwas in die jahre gekommen). Das moderne logo gaukelt aber was modernes vor. Die beurteilungen sind manipulativ (alles nur gut, bis man weiter nach hinten scrollt). Super war: sehr zentral, sehr sympathisches personal (inkl chef).

Super séjour et établissement hautement recommandable.
Pros:

La situation au centre et proche du Lac Majeur et donc de toutes les excursions, le calme des nuits dans cet établissement et surtout la gentillesse et la disponibilité du gérant et du personnel de l'hôtel restaurant très à l'écoute et toujours prêt à répondre et satisfaire à nos questions diverses.

Great hotel in Stresa.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, translating a message for me, and advising about the various special excursions to visit the Lake Maggiore islands. The hotel location was in the pretty old town area of Stresa and has a very nice restaurant, with local dishes and wines.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Close to the lake and ferry. Good restaurants all around.Lago Maggiore is worth a visit and traveling on the many boats even up to Lucerne is an amazing experience. We even took the centovally train and the red train.

Cons:

Awkward tiny bath not good for persons with limited mobility. Very basic breakfast. Quite pricey at over €500 for three nights. But then it was very difficult to find anything cheaper. They would even charge extra for a kettle!!.

Отличный персонал, особенно мужчина на ресепшене, очень дружелюбный! Завтраки супер, кофе вкусный, очень понравилась опция самой варить яйца в специальной посуде по своему вкусу, комната чистая, убирали каждый день, от подвозки Алибус из аэропорта Милана 5 минут ходьбы, рядом причал, откуда можно добраться как до Борромейских островов, так и до других городков на озере, 12 минут пешком до вокзала, рядом магазины, рестораны, да и в самой гостинице очень вкусные ужины. Спасибо!
