Pros:

We stayed in an ocean front and the views were amazing, can't be beat. The bed was comfortable and sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves was great!

Cons:

There was a restaurant next to our room that was kind of busy but they close at 9 so it wasn't loud into the night.

Fabulous, and we will be back.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. LOVED being able to walk to the beach, come back to room and back to the beach. Coffee in the morning was great, just down the stairs. We loved the balcony deck loving over the pool and ocean.

Cons:

The train at 4:30 am! I know no control over that, just hadn't expected it.

It was great location wise & it was very cute & quaint.

Cons:

It was not the best room to put 6 adults with only 2 beds a pull out couch and one bathroom. I had to walk 1 mile every morning to go to Bathroom.

Enjoyed my stay very much. I look forward to my next visit !
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Even though the motel was busy, the noise at night was minimal. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. Beach access is convenient. The pool is sparkling clean and morning coffee in the office was delicious.
I've stayed at the Edgewater many times and it never disappoints.

Cons:

The parking area is small and the spaces are tight for a larger SUV or pick-up. If possible I would travel with my smaller vehicle to avoid the stress of tight parking ! This only impacted my wonderful experience for a few minutes each day because I hate parking, definitely not something that would keep me from staying there or recommending the Edgewater.
