Pros:

The stay was amazing. Everything was clean, hygienic and well-maintained, with a luxurious touch. The food, including breakfast and room service, was good and in line with the price.

There was also a very friendly gentleman at check-in whose name I unfortunately did not get. He wore glasses and was extremely friendly and helpful. At check-out, I was assisted by Dan and Fadly, who were both very kind and helpful as well. The excellent service provided by these three gentlemen takes this hotel to an even higher level.

Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth repeating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The perfect place to stay in Jakarta
Pros:

Everything . Having a little mall under the hotel was an added benefit.
You could not fault any of the staff.
The buffet breakfast was the best most comprehensive I have ever found and there attention to correct food handling procedures the best I have seen in Asia
The decor of the restaurant was beautiful and our room was spacious with wonderful views of nightime Jakarta
Will definitely recommend to others

De tudo, hotel muito bem situado, cómodo e com atenção a todos os detalhes, funcionários excepcionais, em todos os serviços. Muito limpo, luminoso e super atual! Excelente pequeno almoço e ótima relação qualidade / preço!

便利で快適な宿泊
Pros:

部屋は全体的に清潔で、設備も整っていました。スタッフの方は、フロントも朝食会場も親切でフレンドリーでした。1階にカフェやコンビニがあり、コーヒーや水を買いたい時やATMを使いたい時にも便利でした。

Cons:

隣のYellowホテルと同じ建物で、プロントが5階なのが少しわかりにくく、Grabをお願いした時に、毎回5000ルピアですが、駐車料金を取られるのが少し残念でした。

Das Vertu ist ein hervoragendes Hotel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich, bemüht und zuvorkommend.
Das Fitnesscenter ist zwar klein aber verfügt alles für ein kurzes Workout. Die Massage war ebenfalls sehr entspannt und war somit aus Sicht der Preisleistung absolut perfekt - vorallem nach 15 Stunden Flug.
Unsere Zimmernachbarn waren bis in de frühen Morgenstunden laut, so dass wir in zwei von drei Nächten mühe hatten zu schlafen. Einerseitz kann hierzu weder das Hotel noch das Personal etwas defür zudem kümmerte man sich nach eiem Anruf in die Rezeption unglaublich rasch und professionell darum. Wirklich ein top service, danke und bis bald.
