Exactly what you expect from a chain hotel. Decent size beds, clean room and decent breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Fiquem atentos a forma de pagamentos na hora de fazer a reserva de vocês, pq quando chega lá ele não aceita wise e mesmo que você tenha dinheiro na conta em várias moedas diferentes incluindo o peso chileno eles não aceitam cartão pre pago.
Quartos amplos e limpos. Funcionários foram extremamente solícitos, em especial os do restaurante que fomos algumas vezes no período da noite e no café da manhã. A localização é ótima, próximo de muitos pontos turísticos do centro, e a frente do hotel tem mini mercados que completam a experiência.
