Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist schnell in der Stadtmitte. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Fenster in unserem Zimmer und haben sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Herr Walter und andere Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück war teilweise sehr unmotiviert. An einem Tag kamen wir 45 Minuten vor Ende der Frühstückszeit und es gab keine Eier und fast kein Obst mehr. Ein Mitarbeiter hat in die leeren Behälter reingeschaut, es wurde aber nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Am nächsten Tag gab es zwar Rührei, es war aber kalt.
Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber. Der Boden war sehr dreckig und es gab abgeschnittene Fußnägel hinter dem Bett.

Uma estadia maravilhosa.
Pros:

Gostei muito da localização. O quarto super limpo. Os funcionários super gente boa. Quero destacar o funcionário Walter da recepção. Que nos ajudou na hora de fazer o check-in. Voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel bom, limpo, oferece serviço de Transfer/Taxi Vip
Pros:

Hotel bom, quarto limpo, grande e organizado, localização boa no centro de Santiago. Oferecem serviço/parceria com Taxi Vip/Transfer do aeroporto até o Hotel e vice-versa.

Cons:

A televisão do quarto não era com TV a Cabo e a internet/Wi-fi não pegava direito na Televisão, dificultando o acesso a aplicativos de streaming ou youtube. Até umas 22:00/23:00 h é um pouco barulhento na frente devido a um condomínio de prédios.

Muy lindo y cómodo hotel.
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones con buen tamaño, el desayuno tiene mucha variedad. La atención y cordialidad excelentes. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

La cama tenía solo la sábana de abajo y acolchado, no me gusta dormir con aire acondicionado, entonces el acolchado resultaba caluroso, hubiera preferido solo sábanas.

Quarto muito confortável, café da manhã excelente, localização fica bem esquisita durante a noite, mas pela manhã é tranquilo para andar
