מלון מקסים ונעים. חדרים קצת מיושנים לא תזיק יד אוהבת
Pros:

המלון בנוי כמו כפר "קפריסאי", אנחנו שהינו בקרקע יש גם דירות קומה 2
האיזור של פרוטאראס מקסים ורגוע, לא למי שמחפש חיי לילה ובלאגן, זה לא איה נאפה.
המלון עם 2 בריכות גדולות, זו שליד הים יותר מלאה. יש גם בריכת פעוטות קטנה ומועדון ילדים, חדר כושר. הכל יחסית ישן ופשוט אבל מספק מענה. נותנים במלון לשימוש מתנפחים לבריכה וזה ממש נחמד. נותנים גם בקבלה מתאמים לחשמל. כמו כן יש להם הרבה קרם הגנה שאורחים קודמים השאירו. נחמד.
הכי שווה היה המפרץ חוף הקטן, התעוררתי כל בוקר מוקדם וטבלתי עם עצמי, מושלם. כמו בריכה אין גלים. למי שיש סאפ זה נהדר (כמו בכנרת). השהייה היתה על בסיס הכל כלול- יש 3 ארוחות ביום ובין הארוחות יש בבריכה נשנושים- צ'יפס נאגטס טוסטים ופל בלגי גלידות אלכוהול ושתיה חופשית. תביאו מכנסיים רחבים ;-) האוכל בארוחות די טעים וכל יום יש סגנון אחר איטלקי אסייתי מקסיקני קפריסאי וכו'. אנחנו אוכלים כשר והסתדרנו וגם הילדים בררנים באוכל והסתדרו בסך הכל. הצוות בחדר אוכל יעיל בטירוף מפנים כלים ללא הפסקה. אין הרבה תורים כמו בארץ באוגוסט ולרוב יש מקום. יש חדר אוכל בינוני ממוזג והשאר יושבים בחוץ אבל לרוב בערבים נעים. מחליפים כל יום מצעים ומגבות
ליד הבריכה המרובעת שקראו לה ה"חדשה" יש חדרים שנראים יותר חדשים אבל אני לא בטוחה שווה לבדוק כשמזמינים
האיזור עם חופים מושלמים לגונות טורקיז שנעים לשהות ולשחות בהם FIG TREE BAY ועוד. החופים מפוצצים באוגוסט אבל הסתדרנו
הצוות בידור מקסים יש הפעלות בבריכה ובערב הילדים שלי לא השתתפו בכלום אבל לשאר היה נחמד מאוד

החדרים קצת מיושנים צריכים יד אוהבת. החדר ננעל עם מפתח כמו פעם וגם זה משמש לחשמל אז למשפחה זה קצת קשה אבל הסתדרנו
לילדים קטנים יש גינה קטנה אבל חם לשהות בה
המועדון ילדים נפתח מאוחר יחסית
המלון בנוי כמו כפר קפריסאי אנחנו שהינו בקרקע ויש דירות מעל. שומעים קצת רעש מהדירה מעליך וגם מצדדיך למשל לידינו שהה תינוק ושמענו אותו בבקרים..
יש וילונות החשכה אבל יש חלון בדלת בסלון שבו הילדים ישנים וזה הפריע להם. שמנו מגבת
המזרנים קצת רכים מידי לא הכי נח וגם כל תזוזה עושה רעש
המיטה בחדר שינה היא לא זוגית אלא 2 מיטות יחיד מחוברות לפחות כך היה אצלנו
כדאי לבקש חדר יותר צדדי כי בחדרים שנמצאים על האיזורים הציבוריים יש רעש עד מאוחר- יש כל יום צוות בידור עד בערך 23 בלילה ומי שיש לו תינוק או ילדים קטנים זה יפריע לו. אנחנו קיבלנו חדר מספיק קרוב לחדר אוכל ולבריכה ומצד שני קצת בצד ככה שפחות הפריע (עדין שומעים עד לשם את המוזיקה אבל במעומעם). חדר 213 אם תשיגו מפה של המקום מהמלון תוכלו לבדוק.

The food was very delicious. The beds were very comfortable. The size of the room, the balcony and the view were beautiful.

Cons:

It may be good to innovate for the hotel. Especially the situation of the children's pool was bad. There were not many toys in the playground and it was rusty, it would be healthier for the children if it was renewed. Sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool can be renewed. Innovations can be made in the rooms.

Pros:

Veldig bra sted for familien. Vi hadde all inclusive og maten var relativt varierende med andre måltider inne mellom. God parkering og program for barn.

Cons:

Har ikke heis så hvis du har store kofferter er det litt vanskelig å børe dem. Lite alternativer hvis du har spesifikke dietkrav

Enjoyed our stay! Food and staff were particularly great!
Pros:

The food was excellent, with good variety and quality. Drinks were also good and never had to wait more than a few minutes to be served. The staff were all really friendly, helpful and efficient.

Cons:

Rooms could use with a bit of an update, but the suites worked well for the family.

Gyönyörű a hotel kertje páratlan . És az elhelyezkedése is .Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat . tetszett

A bútorzat a kicsit Ó duvatú, de minden nap takarítottak ami nagyon jo. A takarító személyzet segítőkész és kedves. A többi személyzet felszolgálóktól a konyhafőnökig kedvesek és figyelmesek voltak. Az ételek és az ellátás fantasztikusan finomak voltak!! Nem tudtunk olyan ételhez nyúlni amely nem lett volna finom!! A desszert sok féle választék volt ,mint az ételekből. Nagyon finomak voltak . A családommal voltunk 10 fő, 6 felnőtt és 4 gyermek . Mindenki nagyon elégedett volt . Köszönjük szépen . Ha lehetőségünk lesz rá, jövőre újra jövünk 😀🙏

A fürdőkádjában helyett zuhanyzó jobb lenne . Több esti felnőtt program kellene .

Cons:

There was not lift in the property, we didn't know that prior to the booking

One of the rooms we have booked for my family was far away from the resort's facilities, used by a couple with a 2 year old and a baby. In order to go to their room, they used 36 stairs holding their babies in hands along with their bags.

All the above did not helped us to enjoy our holidays.
