Pros:

Lovely team working here - we had a little baby and they were really helpful with anything we needed. Great breakfast and nice restaurant. Pool is excellent and used the gym too which was good.

Pros:

Suite was perfect. Balcony view amazing. Staff were very nice. Pool and gym facilities great.. The walk into town is 15-20 minute walk but on the promenade with costal views and breeze was nice and safe

I chose this resort very deliberately because I consider Cascais to be one of the most beautiful regions in Portugal. After a long business trip from the United States, including a 12-hour flight followed by my onward journey to Europe, I wanted nothing more than to spend a peaceful evening by the sea before continuing my travels. I am married, travel frequently for work, and had been looking forward to staying at this resort.

I arrived at the hotel at around 10:00 p.m., completely exhausted after my long journey. My luggage was stored at the reception while I waited for my room, so I decided to sit at the bar and order a glass of wine to relax after such a tiring trip.

First of all, I would like to say that the resort itself is beautiful. The property is modern and very well maintained, the reception staff were professional and welcoming, and both the food and drinks were excellent. Overall, the hotel creates a high-quality impression.

Unfortunately, this positive first impression was completely overshadowed by my experience with one of the bartenders from Bangladesh. Instead of greeting me with a simple “Welcome to Portugal” or “Welcome to the resort,” he served my wine and made a personal comment about my appearance. He said, in essence, that I could afford the wine because I was “fat and strong.”

I found this comment deeply disrespectful, completely unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate. It was also factually untrue. I am 175 cm tall and weigh 58 kg, which is considered a slim and healthy weight by European standards. Regardless of anyone’s appearance, no guest should ever be subjected to personal remarks or judgments about their body.

After a long international journey, I simply wanted to relax and enjoy my stay. Instead, I was confronted with an offensive and humiliating comment that left me shocked and disappointed.

Séjour agréable et reposant au sein de cet hôtel. Les services proposés était à la hauteur !
Pros:

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable. La piscine était assez grande et calme en fin de journée.
Le petit déjeuner était bon.
La salle de sport était bien équipée.

Cons:

Certains serveurs n’étaient pas très agréables (même si le personnel était en majorité fort sympathique).
