Look for another option
Pros:

The elevator works and the room had AC

Cons:

Breakfast was not good, the lobby area is hot and they dont have the ac on only the fans. The same woman whos in front desk is the same to serve breakfast so she is not always there to get your order which took time when we were in a hurry. Also, she tried to makes us cancel our reservation online and pay them cash for a discount. It was hard to understand her. Worst part about the room is that the bathtub doesnt have a curtain and when you shower the floor gets wet, and we had two rooms with the same issue. There was mold in the bathtub. We had stayed at another hotel (lavender central) before coming here and we were missing it so much.

Great place to stay - would come again!!!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, great location. The staff were so friendly and hospitable, attending to our every need. They were very accommodating, organising three separate beds for our group, assisting us with luggage storage, laundry, early breakfast and transport to the airport. Thank you for your amazing services!

Pros:

Very clean and extremely comfortable. The roo was comfolortably big altho we would have loved it yo be a little bigger The staff is really polite and helpful. The breakfast was really good and ample. Well located. We will book this again 2hen we are bk in Hanoi

Cons:

. We had trouble keeping our luggage as there was no space to keep them open. A mirror outside the bathroom would be nice.

Bonjour,
Merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil très chaleureux et spécialement à Linda pour son excellent travail de coordination, après mon atterrissage et mon arrivée à l'hôtel, elle m'a organisé mon voyage à travers le Vietnam de A à Z (transport, hébergement, activités avec guide)!
L'équipe est très à l'écoute, disponible, les petits déjeuners sont extra!
