Pros:

We arrived in Hanoi late at night after a chaotic flight delay, feeling completely exhausted. To make matters worse, I mistakenly left my backpack with my passport and travel documents in the Grab taxi when we got dropped off at 67 Hang Bo. Panic immediately set in. The front desk team at Luxury Old Quarter Hotel & Gym was incredible—they stayed calm, tracked down the driver using our booking details, and had my bag returned to the lobby within 20 minutes! After that emotional rollercoaster, stepping into our room was a relief. The soundproofing is top-tier; we couldn't hear a single motorbike horn despite being right in the center of the Old Quarter. Waking up the next morning, hitting their well-equipped gym, and taking a hot bath in the clean tub restored my energy completely. Unmatched hospitality and comfort.

I love this hotel

They literally have a proper gym right inside the hotel which is super rare in the Old Quarter!! The staff is 24/7 so sweet & helped us arrange early check-in & luggage storage! 🧳✨ Room was so quiet & soundproof, slept like a rock! 10/10!! 🙌❤️
