tbh dis hotel is legit perfect for staying fit while travelin 💪 gym got everything u need (treadmills, free weights, etc). walking dist to hoan kiem lake n bfast was fire. def 10/10
Sehr sauber und vorbildlich geführt. Für die Altstadt von Hanoi ist das hauseigene Gym ein echter Pluspunkt – moderne Geräte und sehr gepflegt. Das Badezimmer war makellos und die Rezeption rund um die Uhr professionell besetzt. Schweizer Präzision in Vietnam, top!
The breakfast pho was unbelievable fresh and delicious every morning!! Staff smiled and greeted us every time we walked in!! Bathroom was HUGE with an awesome shower!! WILL 100% RETURN!! 💖

Our trip to Hanoi started with a nightmare when my partner realized at 10 PM that he had accidentally dropped his wallet in the grab car on the way from the airport. Panicked and barely speaking any Vietnamese, we approached the front desk at Luxury Old Quarter Hotel & Gym. The night receptionist, Linh, immediately stepped in. She contacted the driver, tracked down the car, and had the wallet returned to us within forty-five minutes! We were so moved by her calm professionalism and warmth. To top it off, the team effortlessly arranged our day tour to Ha Long Bay for the next morning and secured a reliable airport drop-off for our return flight. As for the hotel itself, our room was an absolute sanctuary—spotlessly clean with a deep soaking bathtub that worked wonders after long days of walking. Despite being in the heart of the chaotic Old Quarter, inside the room it was blissfully quiet. Exceptional service that turned our trip around!

Pros: Excellent central location on Hang Bo street; surprisingly well-equipped fitness center for a boutique hotel; spotless rooms with strong water pressure; friendly and proactive service.
Cons: Being in the heart of the Old Quarter, street noise can be heard during peak hours if you're on lower floors, though quiet hours are generally respected.
Verdict: Great value for money, highly recommended for fitness-conscious travelers.

We had a slight hiccup upon arrival—our flight got delayed and we ended up checking in way past midnight, completely exhausted. But the night staff were absolute lifesavers! They checked us in within two minutes, helped with all our heavy luggage, and even offered us warm tea to relax. The room was super quiet, clean, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Having access to a functional gym the next morning to stretch out after that long flight was the cherry on top. Truly exceptional hospitality!
Location, cleanliness, and the gym were all 10/10. Friendly staff made everything seamless. Look no further if you're staying in Hanoi.

The elevator works and the room had AC
Breakfast was not good, the lobby area is hot and they dont have the ac on only the fans. The same woman whos in front desk is the same to serve breakfast so she is not always there to get your order which took time when we were in a hurry. Also, she tried to makes us cancel our reservation online and pay them cash for a discount. It was hard to understand her. Worst part about the room is that the bathtub doesnt have a curtain and when you shower the floor gets wet, and we had two rooms with the same issue. There was mold in the bathtub. We had stayed at another hotel (lavender central) before coming here and we were missing it so much.
