Cleanliness
8.4
Generally reported as clean and with new rooms by many guests; isolated issues noted (entrance not always clean, some reports of mold in bathrooms).
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming and attentive; several guests praised reception and helpfulness, with one negative incident about a wrong room assignment.
Location
9
Frequently praised for a convenient location near the highway and services—ideal for stopovers; some guests noted it is farther from the town center.
Room Quality
6.5
Multiple complaints about small rooms, cramped bathrooms, inadequate wardrobes, misrepresented bed types and some dated rooms; mixed with a few mentions of clean/new rooms.
Amenities
8.5
Parking (including underground/free parking) is a strong positive; however some amenities are lacking or limited (no bidet, air-conditioning not available in winter for some rooms).
Value for Money
6.5
Several guests felt the price was high relative to the market and that room categories did not match what was paid (e.g., 'family' room expectations).
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast repeatedly described as rich, varied and tasty; some noted buffet space/service constraints but overall F&B is a clear positive.
Overall Experience
8.5
Many guests view the hotel as an excellent choice for a one-night stop or short stay due to staff, location and breakfast, though room size/value and occasional cleanliness issues temper the overall rating.

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und super interessant.

Cons:
