Our stay was very disappointing.

First, although parking was advertised and included in our booking, there was no parking available upon arrival.

We also paid for breakfast, but there was almost nothing to eat. The breakfast area was overcrowded, there were not enough seats for guests, and everything was disorganized. Unfortunately, the staff showed little interest in resolving the situation.

When we checked in and entered our room, we discovered there was no running water due to a plumbing issue. We had not been informed of this problem before our arrival or at check-in, which was completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, we still have not received a refund for the breakfasts we paid for but were unable to enjoy.

Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and inadequate customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
