Good location and comfortable bed
The restaurant in the roof and the breakfast buffet are quite poor :(

The property is centrally located, which makes getting into the city center easy. There are restaurants/pubs in the vicinity.
The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spotless. Kudos to housekeeping. Top marks!
Tina and Lizi at the restaurant did a great job at the restaurant. They welcomed me in and bid me farewell always as I left. That was so nice. Thank you.
I wish they had more parking space. It didn’t matter for us as we managed to squeeze in our van. But getting it out of the narrow street was rather cumbersome.
I also wish they had a wider breakfast selection. What they had was functionable just to get a grown man through the first two hours.

Attentive staff and nice location, next to the White Bridge. Also, 24/7 reception and airport transfers are practical.
From multiple aspects, it is apparent that the hotel falls into disrepair and not enough investments are made. For example:
- while staff is attentive, breakfasts are subpar for such hotel, and would be fine for small family-run hostel;
- AC was probably not cleaned, and when it was turned on, strong moldy smell went into the room;
- carpets look like they have not been properly cleaned for 10 years, which is disgusting;
- overall, every part of the hotel looks like maintenance is not working well.
Finally, when we left, reception staff tried to argue that we only paid for 1 of 3 nights and insisted on paying for 2 more - when we showed proof of payment, they immediately stopped.
Good breakfast, good location(near the White Bridge),there are a lot of restaurants and a retail store nearby. I'd like to thank the waitress named Lana at the front desk. Not only did she warmly receive us, but she also gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's restaurant. Besides, she helped me find a free roadside parking space beside the hotel. The next morning, she also helped us store our luggage, so that we could visit the city centre and the Church very easily. The waitress in the restaurant also has a very good service attitude. When I asked her questions, she always patiently answer and provided necessary guidance.
Location is good for short stays. Staff was helpful and friendly
Breakfast is very basic, common spaces needs to be cleaned better and the restaurant food needs an upgrade

Sehr laut, die Zimmer nach hinten, weil dort ein riesiges Stromaggregat die ganze Nacht über läuft. Die Zimmer fallen eher klein aus.
Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut.
Zimmer 307 ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden ist wirklich sehr dreckig, viele Flecken und einfach uralt. Im Badezimmer lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger . Das Zimmer könnte auch mal etwas ausgebessert werden.
