Good hotel, avoid rooftop bar
Pros:

Perfect location and clean room and bathroom

Cons:

The waiter in the rooftop bar has no idea of his job, with the worst attitude. My review would be much better if it wasn’t for this bad service

Angenehmer Kurztrip nach Kutaissi in einem guten Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage, bequeme Betten mit viel Platz, tolles Bad, alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, aber ausbaufähig

Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht, aber das die Plätze nicht eingedeckt sind ist nicht optimal.
Frische Brötchen machen auch manchmal einen kleinen Unterschied.

Pros:

Locations is close to the center, food at the rooftop restaurants was good.

Cons:

The check-in experience was extremely frustrating and poorly managed. I understood that an early check-in could not be guaranteed due to late check-outs. However, I arrived at 1 p.m. and was specifically asked to leave my phone number because the room would supposedly be ready soon and I would receive a text. No one contacted me. I ended up waiting until 4 p.m.—an hour after the official check-in time—and when I returned, the reception staff still did not seem to know whether my room was ready or what progress had been made.

The luggage storage was equally unacceptable. There was no secure, designated storage room—only an unlocked passage room used to access the elevator. Leaving personal belongings there did not feel safe at all. Overall, the lack of communication, organisation, and secure luggage storage made the arrival unnecessarily stressful and left a very poor first impression.

צוות שמאוד התחשב בכך שאחד האורחים שלנו היה נכה ושידרנו לנו בחום לחדר יותר גדול על מנת שיהיה לו נוח.
ארוחת בוקר קטנה אבל הכל טרי וטעים, והצוות דואג לכל בקשה, במיוחד ססילי שדאגה שנצא מרוצים מהכל.
מיקום מעולה במרכז העיר

Cons:

אחד החדרים שקיבלנו היה עם שטיח מעופש ומסריח שלא משנה כמה איווררנו את החדר הריח לא יצא.
בחדר הנכים יש מקלחת שלא מנקזת טוב את המים ואחרי כל מקלחת כל חדר האמבטיה התמלא בהמון מים, והיינו צריכים לחכות לבוקר שינקו את החדר

Дуже чудове розташування готелю, поруч центр старого міста. Всі заклади в 5 хвилинах доступу.
Привітний персонал.
Номер чистий, постіль і матрас чудові.

Cons:

Зона сніданку дуже маленька, зранку було багато людей тому трохи тісно, але це вцілому дрібниця.

Disappointed stay due the noise and cleanliness issues
Pros:

Staff: Reception staff were helpful and managed well.
Taxi service: The driver arrived early for a very early flight and provided an exceptional, pleasant experience.
Location: Great central location

Cons:

Check-in Delay: The room was not ready for a two hours despite advance arrival notification and it was replaced an another room
Noise Disturbance: The assigned room was located next to an apartment for several people, and unfortunately, there was a very noisy family next door, which made it impossible to sleep. It would be better to assign them a room next to standart double rooms rather than next to a family apartment.
Cleanliness: The toilet was not cleaned. The carpet was dirty and was uneven.
Room Quality: poor, missing maintenance.
Breakfast box: Poor quality, cheap food served without cutlery or side dishes, forcing the guest to eat with their hands.

Great for couples and I think for families too
Pros:

A cozy hotel with high-quality service. It's in a prime location in the city center, next to the White Bridge, with views of Rioni and a rooftop restaurant. The food is good, both in the breakfast and the restaurant, and they bake delicious bread. Bathrobes are available for chilling, but there's no spa. The staff is helpful and helps you unwind.

موقعه ممتاز مكان الفطور جميل جدا وسرعه في الشيك ان والشيك آوت ويوجد مطعم ملاصق للفندق اكله ممتاز روعه خاصه سلطه السيزر ويوجد ماكدونالدز شفته بالصدفه للاولاد يبعد تقريبا 20دقيقه مشي وانصح الجميع بتخصيص ليله واحده في كوتايسي لزياره وادي مارتفيلي والكهف

Отличный отель в самом сердце Кутаиси на берегу реки Реони рядом с Белым Мостом! Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. К проживанию не было никаких претензий, всё имелось в наличии. Единственное пожелание, обновить утюги в отеле. Хорошие завтраки, всегда найдешь что покушать, готовят отличные омлеты и капучино. Особая благодарность девушкам с ресторана, очень милые, добрые и отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь! Стараются на все 150%! Советуем Всем! А отелю процветания и не терять марку, а только совершенствоваться!

Great place in a very central location!
Pros:

We arrived late and we needed some food or groceries options and the reception staff was super helpful to let us know where we can purchase something. The hotel is easy to reach and in a very good location if you want to walk around the city.

Gute Lage, sehr komfortabel
Pros:

Guter Standard den man für dieses Hotel erwartet, gute Lage, Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber in der Straße ist immer etwas frei, junges freundliches Personal, netter Blick auf die White Bridge und den Fluss

Cons:

Frühstück hat grundsätzlich gute Qualität und Auswahl könnte aber eine tgl. Abwechslung vertragen (waren 4 Nächte dort) ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln
