Guter Standard den man für dieses Hotel erwartet, gute Lage, Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber in der Straße ist immer etwas frei, junges freundliches Personal, netter Blick auf die White Bridge und den Fluss
Frühstück hat grundsätzlich gute Qualität und Auswahl könnte aber eine tgl. Abwechslung vertragen (waren 4 Nächte dort) ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln

Niestety nasz pobyt w Best Western Kutaisi oceniam bardzo negatywnie.
Sam hotel sprawia wrażenie obiektu, którego najlepsze lata są już za nim. Na zdjęciach prezentuje się bardzo dobrze i może sprawiać wrażenie nowoczesnego i zadbanego hotelu, natomiast rzeczywistość nie wygląda już tak dobrze jak materiały prezentowane w internecie.
Okna są nieszczelne, przez co bardzo wyraźnie słychać hałas z ulicy. Woda z kranu ma bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach, dosłownie przypominający wodę z akwarium. Wykładziny na podłogach są mocno zużyte, poplamione, zakurzone i miejscami nieprzyjemnie pachną. Moim zdaniem wymagają już wymiany.
Nie będę wymieniał wszystkich pojedynczych drobnych mankamentów i małych uszkodzeń, ponieważ wskazuję jedynie te większe, wyraźne i rażące dla gościa, które realnie wpływają na odbiór obiektu i komfort pobytu.
Najpoważniejszy problem dotyczył jednak naszego zdrowia. 22 maja 2026 r. zjedliśmy kolację w restauracji hotelowej. Podczas posiłku jadłem również tiramisu. Około 2–3 godziny później zarówno ja, jak i moja żona zaczęliśmy mieć bardzo silne i niemal identyczne objawy: intensywne wymioty, biegunkę oraz bardzo duże osłabienie.
W efekcie przez około trzy dni praktycznie nie wychodziliśmy z pokoju, zmagając się z biegunką, wymiotami i osłabieniem. Zamiast realizować nasze plany i zwiedzać Gruzję, większość tego czasu spędziliśmy chorzy w hotelu. Straciliśmy trzy pełne dni urlopu, nie mogliśmy uczestniczyć we wcześniej zaplanowanych prywatnych wycieczkach i zmarnowaliśmy pieniądze zapłacone za przewodnika, którego usługi były już wcześniej zarezerwowane i opłacone.
Jesteśmy z tego powodu bardzo niezadowoleni, ponieważ duża część naszego wyjazdu do Gruzji została po prostu zmarnowana.
Sprawę zgłosiliśmy hotelowi praktycznie od razu i prowadziliśmy później dłuższą korespondencję z General Managerem hotelu, Vako Metreveli. Hotel poinformował nas, że sprawą ma zająć się jego firma ubezpieczeniowa oraz że miała zostać przeprowadzona dokładna weryfikacja
Neat and clean rooms in an excellent location—just walking distance from major city tourist spots. The rooftop restaurant and café offering river views is truly amazing. I was exceptionally happy with the breakfast buffet service, especially Nini and Lizi, who were super proactive and went out of their way to take care of every guest. I haven't seen such dedication and obsession with customer service in years. Highly recommended!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und sehr zentral. Es liegt direkt an der Brücke und fussläufig ist man direkt in der Innenstadt mit einem Supermarkt im Nachbarhaus, Cafés und Restaurants in der Straße und ums Hotel herum.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und groß und so hatte auch die Bar im 6. Stock ihren großen Charme mit einer tollen Aussicht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war groß und abwechslungsreich und so konnte man neben homemade cake auch Extras kostenlos bestellen.
Der Service beim Frühstück war hervorragend, jeser Wunsch wurde erfüllt und die Schichthabenden Damen Sesili, Tina und eine dritte Küchenfee waren extrem nett, zuvorkommend und haben all unsere Wünsche stets mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht erfüllt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder !
