Great first impression with staff but the hotel facilities don't match. Worn and not welcoming.
Pros:

The front desk reception staff was awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. Love the hand drawn message on the chalk wall.

Cons:

The cleanliness and general worn character of the facilities. For example in the room, the large chair was stained and dirty. Did not feel comfortable sitting there. In the bathroom the mirror is so discolored that I thought it was cracked. Just an overall appearance that was not welcoming or inviting.

Beware staying at this hotel location managers allow housekeeping to steal from guest and deny it!
Pros:

The room was adequate however smaller than I expected.

Cons:

After I started to drive back home, I called the front desk about my desk fan being left on the nightstand. One of the staff decided to steal it. I knew right away where I left it and surveillance cameras should have picked on who entered my room. I did not leave room open for another guest to enter room. Therefore, I know the housekeeping staff stole my desk fan.

Relaxing and enjoyable time with family!
Pros:

We were in town for a pageant for my 3 granddaughters. The staff was very friendly. Our room was exactly what we needed the two bedrooms was the best with a 2 year old . It was very clean and roomy. We also enjoyed having the full breakfast with so many different selections.

Cons:

That my visit wasn’t longer! 😂

It was the best deal we could find on short notice, but we probably won't stay there again

Cons:

Our room was missing a remote , the television in the living room was unplugged from the controller, the room had no ice bucket. The overall cleanliness of the room was "so-so". The living room furniture was old and worn out

Would stay here again because of location, price, and how accommodating the staff was
Pros:

The property was convenient and close to a lot of the areas I wanted to go. It also had traffic lights on both sides no matter which way you turned out so it made it easier to get anywhere.

Cons:

There was mold in the bathroom above the air vent and in the first room no AC but the staff was very accommodating in both situations

It was a nice facility. Front desk staff was helpful. Enjoyed being able to prepare food in the room.

Cons:

The cleaning staff only cleaned our room in 6 days. Had to ask for items needed due to room not being serviced.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable and the staff were super friendly and welcoming! 10/10 will be using this hotel for future trips to Charleston

Cons:

There was what looked like a little bit of mold behind the frosted glass in my bathroom mirror, but everything else was clean and comfortable.
