Pros:

Free parking with enough space. Good breakfast but first come fist serve (took last peaces). Useful kitchen with facilities. Good shower and bathroom.
Agreed to 20% refund for the cold night.

Cons:

Nobody told me about SPA when I checked in, so I didn't know that I have to book it in advance. 1 hour before the end of the SPA working hours, receptionist said that she can't prepare it right now because she is already leaving soon.
The room was cold. When I failed to turn on the heating, I tried to call to the reception but after working hours I have to use my mobile to do it, yet they couldn't do anything with it. They confirmed that during warm days heating is turned off (warm in estonia? it was 19 degrees in the room). Also they can't give any extra blanket or anything because there is nobody in the hotel at a time. Well then why they put number for calling if nobody is there and nobody can help me with anything?

Non ho usufruito della colazione e della sauna comunque entrambe disponibili. Personale cordiale, stanza grande, letto comodo e bagno completo. Voru non è grande, vivendo usualmente in una grande città quando sono in Italia, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi.
