We always stay at Crown because of its convenient location and easy access to everything. The rooms are spacious, although I think they are currently in the process of being improved. Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay, and the accessibility keeps us coming back.
There was a small misunderstanding regarding our request to have our breakfast given to the security personnel working the 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift as a small gesture of appreciation. The request had been endorsed; however, the morning F&B Team Leader did not provide the breakfast as instructed. I later learned that the breakfast was never given, and by the time the issue was identified, the breakfast service had already ended.
The Front Office (FO) team and the Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor handled the situation professionally and resolved the misunderstanding appropriately. Since the food was no longer available, I decided to buy food for the 2 security personnel myself as a small token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

Well it’s good.
It's an old 80's hotel but nice upkeep, nice walking area, good staff, good sit-down breakfast included. Had the big Royal room for family with kids lots of room. The other hotel center of town was not as clean in my opinion and it's old too so this place is just fine.
