Holiday Inn Singapore Little India by IHG

1. Very dirty toilet, even after we inform the concierge, no one handle it.

2.No make up room until we call and ask at 3pm

3.I want to put a small package for grab express at the concierge, but I was rejected. I have to wait at the hotel for it. They reject due to the security reason as they are not able to identify the driver, but this is so easy to solve that I can tell them the car plate number for identification. So this is not really a reason just they do not want to help.

Despite the price, the Stay was nice and the personnel was friendly and nice. The Room is very small, but due to the 2 floors, it was a neat experience. Definitively recommended for travelling with kids.

Hotel is in a good location just a three minute walk to the nearest MRT station.
Check-in was fast and efficient and we were allowed to check in early as our room was ready , we had a queen loft room with a comfortable queen bed on the mezz level . The room was clean modern and equipped with everything you will need. The room is small but if your staying for a few days with minimal luggage it’s just fine , we were in the middle of a three week holiday so had large suite cases with us. There is just enough open floor space to open up a large suite cases but no where to really store the cases once unpacked ( this did not deter from our experience or enjoyment of our stay )
Breakfast was included and had a good choice of hot and cold dishes , the level that the restaurant is on also has a decent sized pool you can cool off in after a hard days site seeing ( on the same level there is a small smoking area tucked out of the way which is great as most hotels in Singapore you have to find a smoking area just outside the hotels grounds )

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It is incredibly convenient, being just a short walk from the MRT. The room service was prompt, and the food was fantastic—we loved that most of the chefs are from India, which made the authentic dishes taste amazing. We opted for the morning breakfast, which offered a great mix of continental options and a full spread of Indian breakfast items. The restaurant service was also outstanding, especially from Virendra. He always had a warm smile on his face and went out of his way to suggest the best menu options

The hotel’s location is perfect, with direct access above Farrer Park MRT station, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. The dinner was amazing, and I would especially like to mention Mr. Virendra for his outstanding service. He always had a smile on his face and was ready to assist with anything we needed. His service was excellent — very flexible, polite, and truly professional. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
