Cons:

I had requested a room with a queen bed, I was promised that, but on check in I was told such a room was not available. I had to take the two-single-beds room (which was later changed). The supervisor at the check-in time (Priya) was most unhelpful and would not even make eye contact while telling the check-in clerk that my requested room type was not available. Priya was downright rude and unhelpful

This excellent property is perfect for an Indian vegetarian family and is located in prime spot.
Pros:

This property is in a prime location and conveniently has an underground MRT station. We stayed with our 16-month-old baby and wife and were pleasantly surprised by the many vegetarian options available for families. The staff was very courteous throughout our stay.

Fantastic
Pros:

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Inexpensive, but service impeccable. Location was amazing above the mrt, and super convenient to get anywhere via MRT. Will happily stay again in Singapore as it was just super convenient. Place was lovely, and for a small room it actually felt quite spacious. Great place to stay

Cons:

Gym was to small 🤣🤣🤣 don’t book it for the gym- but great one down the road 😁

Good place to start exploring Singapore
Pros:

Amazing hospitality by the staffs.
EVERYONE is very nice.

The room was perfect for family with kids, not to mention the location is great, right outside City Square Mall and above Farrer Park MRT station.

Cons:

Room is a bit small for my taste, but for the price, it was good!
