Loved the staff, especially Franzy. I throughly enjoyed my stay, it wasn't long enough. The restaurant food 😋, the swimming pool, the location, and with the train station right there handy was only a few of my highlights. Totally recommend this place to stay in Singapore. ♥️
Oh, I almost forgot with the room dining service, I loved the challenge to draw on the huge trsy mat ⁰the hotel better than the architects.
The 2nd dryer wasn't working which was a delay in the DIY laundry. Would be great if you got a couple of tokens in your room instead of going down to collect them. If you used them they could be billed out on end of stay perhaps. The 4.30am fire alarm wasn't helpful, but at least I know all that was in working order. I'll be back. Thank you everyone.
I’m staying at the Holiday Inn Singapore in Little India for a week-long family vacation, and the experience has been wonderful. The staff at the reception were very warm and welcoming, especially Mr. Julian, who kindly helped us check in earlier than our requested time. We truly appreciated his assistance. The Gully restaurant at the hotel also offers excellent service. Highly recommended.

Es war wunderbar! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war gut, etwas klein aber vollkommend ausreichend. Obwohl unser Zimmer am Fahrstuhl war, war es nicht besonders laut! Gern wieder!!!

Small room
L'emplacement de l'hôtel avec le métro au pied, le personnel qui est adorable et l'accueil, un centre commercial a 2 minutes et proche des points d'intérêt du quartier little India. Le fait d'avoir un robinet d'eau filtrée
La chambre était petite et pas adapté pour 3, on était serrés et pas de place pour les bagages.

The room was too small for the amount paid. I had a room in Carlton for same amount just before this stay and the room was quite big and spacious
I was with my family at this holiday inn for 6 nights. We had booked the Loft room. Although it is their biggest room, it was still very congested when you open the sofa bed. The bathroom was too small too. The room decor was good.
The breakfast was mediocre. The person making the eggs was least interested and had no respect either. If you seating outside for breakfast don't leave your plate alone as crows are looking for opportunities to feed themselves.
The location is very good and MRT can be accessed easily. Few steps ahead is a bus stop too. Lot of indian restaurants around this area.
The pool is ok, looks big but nothing great. Only couple of relaxing chairs around the pool.
If it's an Indian family looking for indian food in close proximity then stay here.

I asked for a double queen bed and they gave me but in loft room.

What impressed me the most was the positive attitude and genuine hospitality shown by the staff. They were attentive to every detail and made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Their prompt response to requests and willingness to go the extra mile greatly enhanced my experience.
