Deux jours à,Singapour en famille durant lesquels on s'en est mis PLEIN les yeux !!
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel hat grundsätzlich eine gute Lage in Little India. Es liegt direkt an der Farrer Park Station. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war modern und sauber im 19. Stock. Das Zimmer entsprach dem Angebot in Größe und Ausstattung circa 24 m². Meine Freundin empfand das Bett und die Kissen als etwas muffig. leider fehlt es an Stauraum. Es gibt keinen Schrank, sondern lediglich eine Kleiderstange mit einigen Kleiderbügel. Mit unseren zwei großen Koffer mussten wir die fünf Tage sozusagen vom Boden leben. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut und jeder kann hier etwas finden. Der Poolbereich und das Gym sind ebenfalls für eine kurze Aktivität geeignet. Es gibt die Möglichkeit zum waschen und trocknen von Kleidung für jeweils acht Singapur Dollar oder als Service.Grundsätzlich möchte ich den Aufenthalt als positiv bewerten und den Preis als angemessen.

Cons:

Negativ ist mir persönlich aufgefallen, da ich Geräuschempfindlich bin und Ohrstopfen zum Schlafen trage, dass die Klimaanlage in der kleinsten Stufe sehr laut ist und auch die Steuerung irgendwie zufällig wirkt. Auch die Geräusche der Straße sind in der Nacht sehr deutlich wahrzunehmen. Für Nachbarn, die mitten in der Nacht mehrfach die Klotür so zuschlagen, dass man sprichwörtlich aus dem Bett fällt, kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.

I had requested a room with a queen bed, I was promised that, but on check in I was told such a room was not available. I had to take the two-single-beds room (which was later changed). The supervisor at the check-in time (Priya) was most unhelpful and would not even make eye contact while telling the check-in clerk that my requested room type was not available. Priya was downright rude and unhelpful
