Enjoyed but lacked support from staff

Its location. Its located right infront of the sea. Enjoyed my stay there.

Cons:

1. There is no staff to guide while one want to be there on the beach for swimming or sun bath 2. Reception area is worst. 3. They dont change bed sheets on daily basis which become uncomfortable 4. There is no one to guide or help you during the stay 5. A little overpriced

Pros:

Amazing view from the room, staff was very courteous and polite, wifi was great, breakfast wwas really good with a touch of local dishes as well, and menu varied daily. Right on the beach

Cons:

AC went out of order on our last night, however, the staff moved us to another room, and I was glad they were active about it.

Great views, amazing super helpful staff

The room view was amazing. The staff was exceptional.

Cons:

There was a lot of construction noise that disturbed our sleep on both nights.

On another note, we embarked on the full-day excursion. The crew was absolutely fantastic, but the sheer number of 40 people meant that we had to endure a nearly three-hour wait at the nurse shark station for everybody to get their pictures in. We ended up getting sunburned while waiting. Ideally, we’d prefer a smaller group keeping in mind that we each paid $90.

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal direkt am Strand

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Kaani Grand Seaview. Die Lage direkt am traumhaften Strand ist hervorragend. Obwohl sich das Hotel auf einer einheimischen Insel befindet, herrscht eine angenehme Resort-Atmosphäre.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Zimmerservice, insbesondere Asif. Er war jeden Tag außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam, sympathisch und unglaublich fleißig. Die Zimmer waren täglich makellos sauber, perfekt aufgeräumt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Man merkt, mit wie viel Engagement und Sorgfalt er seine Arbeit macht. Wenn wir Hilfe brauchten, war er immer sofort zur Stelle und hat uns gerne unterstützt. Unsere Kinder haben sich jeden Tag gefreut, ihn zu sehen – er hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert.

Ein großes Lob auch an das Hotel für die hervorragende Organisation der Transfers. Alles war bestens geplant und verlief reibungslos.

Insgesamt können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Frühstückszeiten bis 09:00 Uhr. Bis 10 wäre besser, weil man auch mal länger schlafen möchte, ohne das Frühstück zu verpassen.
