Excellent option
Pros:

Almost everything, in particular style, location and cleanliness

Cons:

Room was Beautiful and the bed/bathroom fantastic but the layout was not the best if you have a lot of luggage. Restaurant menu has a bit if everything and generally good quality so it s convenient but lacks a bit of identity

Great location, spacious and well appointed room.
Pros:

Location, room was light and well designed.
Rooftop area and plunge pool was very nice although small.
Good soundproofing.

Cons:

Hard to control temperature in room. It was often chilly.
Too many plastic bottles used.
Piped music on a loop at the pool got a bit tedious.
Quality of bathroom products could be improved for a 5* hotel.

Didn’t use the spa or gym so can’t comment.

One of our family’s favourite hotel and city that we have stayed!
Pros:

Fabulous hotel and service! We loved everything about Hotel Cappuccino. The service was incredible. Everyone working here focused on making sure we were comfortable. Front desk staff, Joy, Adele, and JC were kind and informative. The restaurant staff, David and Laura were attentive and professional. The decor was beautiful. The beds were comfy, rooms were big and bathroom was impeccable and clean!

Pros:

The ambience of the Hotel and the room size and style - very chic. The staff were very friendly and helpful on checkin and if questions raised.

Cons:

The air-conditioning system inn our room was dysfunctional and a new system installed asap for the price of the room - very disappointing - it made such an awful noise all night (and the windows were closed) I tried to turn it off completely, and endure the hot evening, but the system would not allow me to do so. Both my daughter and i had to sleep with anti-noise headphones, which still did not work. Very uncomfortable and I am amazed that another guest has complained prior to us.

Cons:

Det eneste negative med denne beliggenheten, var kirkeklokkene som ringte hvert 50 minutt på natten som gjorde at vi sov litt dårlig.

Very pleasant stay with great service
Pros:

I really liked the location, nice design of the room, tasty food and very nice approach of the stuff. Also the service as itself was pretty good, including the cleaning service and bottles of water every evening.

Cons:

We would welcome quicker service at the restaurant. The waiting time for the breakfast was at one day more than 20 minutes and it took us 45 minutes just to start breakfast. Might be a problem when you have plans in the morning. Also there is not so good noise protection from other rooms. We stayed in the junior suite just for the reference.
