We had a wonderful stay at White Sand Hotel!
The hotel was comfortable, clean and the service was excellent. We especially want to thank the receptionists Ellie, Sun and Sunny, who were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and were always happy to help with anything we needed.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making our stay in Da Nang so enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back. ❤️
Очень улыбчивый, доброжелательный персонал на ресепшене, в ресторане и остальные сотрудники тоже - они очень стараются делать свою работу хорошо. Хороший пляж рядом (мин 7 пешком). Просторный номер. Хорошая кровать, подушки, постельное белье и полотенца.
Наши ожидания не совпали с реальностью. На фото отель и номер выглядит лучше. Первое не очень положительное впечатление сложилось, когда ещё не заселившись, нужно было переодеться с дороги и воспользовались туалетом на 1 этаже - маленький, неопрятный. Номер уставший, с потёртой сантехникой и не очень качественной уборкой( пыль на вытяжке, холодильнике на уровне глаз прям лежала весь период пребывания). Слышимость в номере прекрасная ..как дорогу слышно, так и соседей.Завтраки скромные по количеству блюд (бывали дни, когда кроме омлета ничего не нравилось из предложенных вариантов). На окнах как в номере, так и в ресторане натянута какая то пленка, которая искажает видение, выглядит дёшево и неопрятно, также стекла окон в номере не очень чистые ( когда берешь номер с видом на море, хочется видеть море, а не грязь и пленку на окнах). Плохо работал кондиционер ( ставили на 16 градусов и все равно было душно). Бассейн на 2 этаже закрытый, небольшой. Сам район расположения отеля- близко к морю, но район нам показался скучноватым и не функциональным, с точки зрения инфраструктуры и развлечений вечерних....мы были на байке, поэтому не проблема в целом.

Das Personal, insbesondere Brian, Sun and Eddie waren rund um die Uhr immer hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, inmitten von sehr guten Restaurants, Strandnähe. Für den Preis richtig gut. Über Kleinigkeiten am Zimmer hinweggesehen.
เดินทางใกล้ชายหาด มีร้านสะดวกซื้อใกล้เคียง ห้องใหญ่และกว้าง สะอาด มี wifi free อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย
ห้องพักเป็นห้องน้ำเป็นผนังกระจก ปิดม่านไม่สนิท มองเห็นคนที่เข้าในห้องน้ำด้านใน ไม่เป็นส่วนตัว จึงทำให้ต้องเปลี่ยนห้องพัก และในวันที่จะกลับมีช่างเข้ามาติดตั้งขาซ่อมขาเตียงทั้งที่ไม่มีการแจ้งซ่อมแต่อย่างไร ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยในทรัพย์สินเนื่องเราออกไปด้านนอกและกลับมาเจอช่างผู้ชาย 2 คน มาคิดขาเตียง ซึ่งยังอยู่ในช่วงเวลาที่เราเข้าพักทำให้รู่สึกแย่มากๆ และตอนคืนกุญแจก็เกิดปัญหาเนืาองจากไม่ประสานกันระหว่างพนักงานว่ามีการเปลี่ยนห้องพักทำให้ต้องเจราทำความเข้าใจกันนานจนเสียเวลา

Отель находится в хорошем месте,рядом есть хорошие рестораны,близко к морю.
Персонал очень приятный, вежливый,во всем помогают.
Если вы не ищете роскоши,то Отель вам прекрасно подойдёт,очень простенький,номера комфортные и чистые.
Если у вас не завышенные требования, то вполне нормальный отель. Но требует обновления, немного заветшал. Мы получили отель со скидкой, если бронировать по полной стоимости,считаю что цена завышена.
