الموقع فقط جميل

كل شي تغير حرفياً كان من افضل الفنادق 5 نجوم الحين صار 3 بالكثير من حيث نظافة الغرف والاثاث المتهالك والمبقع والسرير من النص منتفخ والاطراف هابطة وغير صحيح انه سوبر كنج مقاسه مستحيل ابداً جداً ضيق ومؤلم للظهر حتى اللباد متعجن طلبت تغييره غيروه بنفس الشيء
حتى ضيافه ماتم تقديمها ولا يوم خلال ال 4 ليالي والماء ايضاً قليل حبتين كأقصى حد
معاملتهم سيئة اعتقد عنصريه شوي بإستثناء المواقف خارج الفندق راقين كانو
ابسط شيء بالغرفه لازم تطلبة حجزي 3 اشخاص تم توفير في الجناح ادوات تخص شخص واحد وبعد النظافة يرجعون يشيلون الادوات ويخلون حق شخص واحد اولها الشبشب والروب
طلبت غرفة خاليه من الروائح الكريهة تم اعطائي جناح رائحته مابتكلم رقم الجناح 1512 شموه بنفسكم ماادري هل هم متعمدين عشان نبهت بالحجز اني ابغاه نظيف او فعلاً الفندق صار كذا

من افضل الفنادق التي سكنتها من النظافه وحسن التعامل مع العميل وجودة البوفيه الإفطار اشكرهم جزيل الشكر
