Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated having a kitchen in the room since this was a week long stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and I would definitely stay here again.
One evening when I came out of the hotel gym, the lobby was busy and there was a strong smell of marijuana. It made passing through the area uncomfortable.

I stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Edmonton South for three nights and overall had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
A special mention goes to Abdul Sattar at the front desk. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. His positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out and made the experience even better. Excellent customer service like this definitely makes a difference when you are away from home.
The only area I felt could be improved was the breakfast. Compared with the overall quality of the hotel, I was expecting a little more variety and better options.
Apart from that, everything was excellent. I had a very comfortable three-night stay and would happily choose this hotel again whenever I am visiting Edmonton.

Great location!!! And they were great as I had to change rooms for other reasons not because of my first room ...beautiful spot and friendly staff...
The staff was helpful because I forgot my charger and they provided me with one. The pool was nice, and the breakfast had many options. The room was huge with a kitchen and a large size fridge so that was helpful and we brought food. Would book again.
Hot tub jets were not working, which is terrible. They laminated a sign for the jets which tells me they were not working for a while. please fix the jets in the hot tub!

Location was good, lots of parking, nice pool, good simple breakfast. We didn’t have need of the full kitchen, but it would be really nice for anyone who did. The closet and bathroom also both have a ton of storage, which is amazing.
Night front desk guy was, not unfriendly but not really friendly either. Morning front desk woman was nice though.
