Great
Pros:

1. The staff are kind and welcoming.
2. The hotel is clean, and the hallways smell fresh and pleasant.
3. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained.
4. The hotel has a nice ambiance, although I found the lobby lounge a little dim.

Cons:

1. I found the parking fee too expensive, especially considering how small the parking spaces are.
2. There was no refrigerator in the room.
3. The elevator was a bit unsettling to use.
4. The lobby/lounge could use better lighting, as it feels quite dim.

Colère et mauvaise expérience
Pros:

Nous nous sommes présentés avec les enfants et la réceptionniste était très arrogante! Ça prenait un dépôt et elle refusait les modes de paiement proposés. J’ai demandé à aller à la salle de bain et les deux salles de bain étaient insalubres avec une odeur d’urine très forte et pleine d’urine sur le bol. Bref, c’était très compliqué et nous avons décidé de demander annulation. On a pris entente et on a annulé sans problème et 2 jours après nous recevons un avis comme quoi nous n’avons pas honoré la chambre ! Ce ne sont pas des gens de confiance!!!!

Petit déjeuner salé, pouvoir éteindre la climatisation dans la chambre.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner : les chaises ne sont pas descendues à notre arrivée, les clients le font au fur et à mesure de leur arrivée. Salle mal nettoyées, sol sale, les couverts salis sont déposés dans des pots à même le sol ! "

Le service était impeccable acceuil super

Cons:

C'était bruyant pas dormi de la nuit les 3 adultes. La ventilation grichait fort nous avons du le fermer il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Les gens en haut ont faut du bruit tout la nuit. Ont pouvaient voir que la chambre avait subi un dégâts d'eau auparavant tapisserie décollé, mur fendu, cerne au plafond. Les oreillés étaient aucunement confortable tous avons eux besoin de tylenol pour douleur dans le cou.

I like the fact that it’s downtown and it’s an alternative that is economical on the pocket

What I didn’t like was the old furniture and Carpet that’s in the room. I think they could modernise it a little bit, but the bathroom was amazing.

totally bad never going again

facility is very old. we had 2 adult 2 kids in room, they only gave 2 towel which they did not replace next day . no rooms were cleaned next day as we stayed 2 nights . breakfast was unorganized, they wouldn't keep up refilling . we had to ask multiple time to refill. we asked water to refill 3 times but no luck . nthg was getting refilled on time. Eggs were not there for at least an 40mins. we requested 2 rooms together- for our elderly parents .they gave us 2 rooms in 2 different floors . we asked 2 double beds . we were given one queen with sofa bed which was so hard and wirey . cant sleep
on them . when we asked why our request wasn't follow which was booked 2
months ago - they replied rudely we are all full cant help .
elevator runs so bad needs service its risky to ride that . it also stopped working the day we had to check out .
