Simple amenities like hooks in bathroom and tea in the room is important to me. Room
Location very near the elevator and the housekeeping closet was initially a concern but there was no noise.
Luggage rack in lobby a bit jars to maneuver.
Fridge with freezer section is preferred.
The front desk staff made us feel immediately welcome. Throughout our entire stay everyone was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check out were effortless and seamless.
BRANDON at the front desk was very knowledgeable and answered many questions patiently.
One evening, I met a woman on the elevator. She was making sure that everyone got safely to their floor or back down to the lobby, while maintenance was being performed. Later I found out her name was LAURIN, and that she was an administrator at the hotel, very pleasant, and helpful as I spoke with her about some concerns with the television.
The room was well designed, open, airy, had a very homie feeling, a home away from home. I was very pleased with the spaciousness of the room, beautiful bathroom and the kitchenette gave it such warmth.
Each morning I looked forward to the buffet breakfast, omelette station was top tier, and the variety of items offered were extensive, something for everyone.
I am looking forward to my next visit at this establishment.
The esthetics were marvelous. The property was nice and clean, the breakfast was great. Everything we needed was accessible.
My room had big mold spots in the ceiling causing my allergies to flare up.
Great stay. Our flight was cancelled, and Hyatt House RDU was able to give us a great room. The free shuttle was there in minutes. Brandon, from the front desk, looked after us and made our stay really lovely. The experience turned an annoying flight cancellation into an extension of our trip.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Von der Lage her liegt das Hotel sehr gut man kann sich gut versorgen und ist trotzdem in der Nähe des Flughafens. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Fahrzeug. Rundherum ist es ruhig, friedlich und grün.
Ich bevorzuge Unterkünfte ohne Teppichboden.
Die Unterkunft ist Hunde freundlich. Es ist sauber und schön ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

Property was in a great location, close to anything you need. Staff were all great and super helpful!, the rooms were very nice and super clean. Breakfast - 10/10! We come to Raleigh every year and have stayed in a few areas, this is definitely on our top 3 now! We will be back.
