Clean, comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

Convenient with a nice lobby layout, liked the pool table near the reception so the kids could play while we checked in.

The night reception staff Shikara and George were super welcoming and helpful.

Nice rooms, efficient layout, did not feel cramped.

Amazing breakfast buffet, with better quality food than some other similarly priced competitors.

Pros:

The rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable. The pull out couch was great for extra sleeping. Great breakfast options and the location was nice. Loved housekeeping came evryday

Always a great stay!
Pros:

Location is in a quiet area but close to everything. I always stay here when visiting Raleigh. It is consistently clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast here is one of the best hotel breakfasts of all the chains.

Cons:

Most of the outlets in the room did not work. Made it difficult to charge devices.

Disappointed
Pros:

We have been frequent visitors to the Hyatt House Brier Creek for the last 5 years. We live about an hour and a half from Raleigh and fly Southwest so we stay there often. Recently they were upgraded to a higher category which means more money/points. The last time we stayed there we had trouble with the toilet flushing and we checked in at 10:00 pm so my husband took the lid off and adjusted the flow level instead of going back down and changing rooms. We also have been disappointed lately because on the weekends we have to eat off of paper plates at the breakfast buffet and the omelet station is shut down on the weekends as well, which the front desk clerk said is because the weekday staff needs time off on the weekends from washing dishes. Also, when we checked in there was no one at the desk and we had to wait an unusually long time. When we checked out and I was waiting for my husband to bring up the car I saw two very large roaches on the counter near the snack foods/kitchen area. One crawled up the wall and vanished out of sight and the other I pointed out to the staff member and she killed it. You would think since the category level went up the quality would increase instead of decreasing.

Great stay
Pros:

Awesome stay; 30 days flew by at this location. Brandon is a class act and handled all our issues and concerns with grace and patience. My partner and I were very impressed with the service we received here.

My accommodations was very nice as described when I booked the reservation. The Pool was enjoyable .
Pros:

From the moment that I arrived at this location, I was pleasantly surprised. Brandon was very knowledgeable and personable. My check-in was quick and easy. I will return to this Hyatt House location when I return to Raleigh.
