- باب الغرفه كل ما طلعنا و ردينا يعلق و لا يفتح

- النت تعيس جدا و لا يشبك
- تاخر الجيك اوت لوجود موظف واحد بالاستقبال
على الرغم من ازدحام الفندق بالنزلاء

1- موظفي الاستقبال ( نزيل دائماً في بودل المونسية اول مره اواجه تاخر في الاستقبال وعدم التعاون وللاسف موظفي الاستقبال اسوء من السئ
2- طلبت مخدة زيادة من موظف الاستقبال واتصلت عليهم وفي كل مرة يقولون جايكم العامل وللاسف ما فيه شئ
